I bought Canon EOS R5 November 18, 2021. I received my order today November 27 with all accessories as stated online in good working condition. This is cheapest place to order this kind of camera nobody can beat the price.

We purchased the Sony FX9 from SSE along with a bundle of accessories. The sales staff was great and everything showed up as expected. I will purchase from them again.

Ordered 10 flashdrives on 11-8-21. Was not advised the item was dropped, after having ordered and received it several times. Inquiry about order status on 11-19 resulted in no information about my order. On 11-24 I called again and was told the item was no longer stocked. This is unacceptable customer service. I should have been told that on 11-8. 16 days wasted. They don't deserve anyone's business.

It was an easy process and the camera price was the cheapest on the net for the given camera bundle. I tried other companies but it was difficult to get someone on the phone. So to get someone on the line after two rings was refreshing. The customer service was excellent because he was happy to have your service and he offered express shipping free of charge. Other companies wanted to charge upwards of $30.00 for the same service. I received my product as advertised. If I buy another camera bundle, I will buy from SSE Photo.

The camera I received was in an open box with missing warranty! I ordered it because it is a new item and It was never mentioned that it’s an open-box item and they did not send me the warranty documents!

Item I purchased, camera backpack, arrived sooner than expected, in excellent condition, wrapped securely

order a new camera, then they cancel it but no reason. Ask why but no response. Never doing business with them again.

SSE has a good product but I have serious questions about their honesty. I purchased a drone for our son, Robert’s, birthday to the tune of $1100 and was charged twice. Our son received one drone, but I paid for it twice in spite of pointing it out to my credit card company. SSE insisted I had ordered, and they sent, two drones. My son has one drone even though I paid for two. I appealed to the company, but they kept insisting that I owed them for two drones. I pointed out the shipping record that my son had sent me (one drone), but they would not relent. On my initial contact with them, they could not have been nicer, but when I presented a problem, they were not that friendly. In short, I paid for two drones but received one, and I vowed I would never do business with them again. I suggest you think about this before you commit to buying ANYTHING from SSE.

I recently bought a second Atomos Ninja V and very happy with the item and there service hope others support them as I do sales consultant John gives me a very good service . Please go to there site and give them a try ! You won’t regret .

I had maybe one of the worst experiences I’ve had buying any sort of electronics. I spent over 2k with them and waited 3+ months for my delivery. Then had to get a repair from them, from which they sent back saying there was no issue although I cant use it because of some sort of issue. Amongst the time delays I called and left messages all too many times and rarely could get a call back. Its sad that Joe the ssephoto employee “helping me” tried to make me feel like he was doing his best, because if this is your best then something is wrong. Basically try to find a more reputable company for your future purchases.
