Very User Friendly!
Everything is very user friendly. The status updates are wonderful. I am just not sure how to access the materials. I was under the impression I would get a digital copy, but the status indicated the item was "shipped" so I am confused as to whether or not I should expect a paper copy.

The ordering process was simple, after leaving a phone message it was returned early the next morning by David who was extremely personable and helpful. Scripts delivered in a few days. It was a pleasure to deal with this company.
