Gitárkopatót rendeltem, ami időközben okafogyottá vált. A megrendelést még az átvételt megelőzően telefonon visszamondtam. Az ügyintéző udvariasan, megértően állt a problémához. Bár még nem vásároltam itt, de a korrektségük meggyőzött arról hogy érdemes lesz később megkeresni őket, ha valami olyan termékre, vagy szolgáltatásra lesz szükségem, ami a profiljukba tartozik.
