Came across StagWeb online. They have a very personable service. Lucy who I engaged with was informative and maintained communication well with me throughout my busy schedule which allowed me to feel confident about getting things organised. They have a lot of useful information that helped a lot with ideas and what to do. Great customer service

I have been liaising with Luke, the Manchester Specialist, regarding a stag I am booking and he has been first class throughout. I was back and forward with him a lot over a couple of weeks, making slight tweaks to the plans, and he was very helpful and accommodating. Have now booked, so hoping the rest of the experience is as flawless...Cheers!

Excellent stag do. Budapest was a fantastic venue. Quality nightlife, food, activities and atmosphere. StagWeb made the Stag experience easy from start to finish. Picking a destination and activities, payment, sorting admin issues and overall organisation was simple. The activities were fun and well organised and our provided guide was excellent. She was friendly, knowledgable, patient and up for a laugh. Budapest will not let you down.

Such a brilliant company to go with saves time money and stress more time for you and the guys to go out and have a great time no questions asked would definitely use these guys again

Booked a weekend for 6 stags in Bristol. Had a chat with Tom and explained what we was looking for. Tom advised he would call back and didnt

Then over the next week got a 2 worded message through a chat app. I asked for 4 callsbacks from Tom to find out the details of what I was paying for.. A couple of words with a high level itenary saying your hotels and events booked. Here's your quote. The quote says hotel is booked and your club event is booked.

After you part with your money. You find out they have booked 3 people into a room and booked you into a club a cheesy pop club that only cost £5 to go yourself. When challenged about this was told you didn't ask any questions. Not having been given the chance to ask any questions before parting with my cash I now have been charged £1200 for 2 hotel rooms and footgolf for 6 people. Terrible customer service. Terrible resolution.

Basically told to stuff it. Won't be using them again. And telling everyone I know not to either. Get a full break down of everything before you book or you'll be stitched up. They wont do anything to resolve the matter

Excellent stag do in Lisbon. Really good experience with Stagweb who organised just what we all wanted and were very helpful throughout, everything went very smoothly and all the activities were great fun

Where do I start! My brothers stag do in Valencia booked with City Centre apartments. This was then changed last minute, without informing me, to a hotel in Port Saplaya around 20 minutes drive from the city centre. If it wasn't for checking the itinerary I wouldn't have even known!! No explanation given or solutions from Anna the Stagweb representative.

Had the bar crawl booked for the evening. Managed to get everyone there for the time planned and waited half hour for Luca the guide to arrive. He didn't show and ignored my phone calls, despite answering texts and calls earlier in the evening!!

Lastly, we had the white water Rafting planned. I was aware this was a bit out of town (1 hour max), so a nice afternoon activity. Nobody told us that to get to the Rafting was 120km, 1.5 hours, then a further 30 minutes once you had collected your wetsuits. Therefore an afternoon activity turned into 7.5 hours (12pm-7.30pm). And to top it off this was sat in an old school bus with no air con.

Main representative contact in Spain was as good as useless and just sends you numbers to call, and they generally don't answer or speak much English.

All in all, a disaster and wouldn't want this to happen to any other stag or hens. Seriously consider using alternative sites, or booking yourselves. I wish I had!! No compensation or apologies offered!!

Last year, I was invited to a stag do arranged through Stagweb and it was a great weekend. Bristol itself is always a hoot. Stagweb sorted the hotels, axe throwing and a bizarre Somerset Games event (This was brilliant!). All ace.

Recently it became my turn to be best man so I decided to use Stagweb.

I couldn't recommend the service highly enough. Everyone had a great time and I was receiving endless complements for "my "organisation." (I actually did very little, Stagweb did it all- but shhh!) Everyone felt the price was really fair. We karted, played 5-a-side, and had an awesome apartment in the centre of Liverpool. Everything was seamless.

Top time.

Stephanie and the team did a fantastic job of identifying great local vendors to host our activities. The plan was super clear with numbers and back up contacts provided making my role as organiser much less stressful! Thank you for making this weekend in Vilnius memorable and being so available during the last minute booking that we made.

Tom and Anna did a fantastic job of organising a weekend away for 12 lads. We were originally meant to go to Dublin but requested to change destinations and it was no hassle at all. Anna was amazing in responding to all enquiries we had and sorted last minute changes in numbers we wanted to make. I would book with StagWeb again as it took the stress out of planning the weekend leaving us to enjoy it. Thanks guys

Made organising the stag much more straightforward by booking accommodation, activities and taking all payments. Anna was very helpful in doing this, and always available on the phone or by email to talk through different options. Also helped keep us up to date with local Covid restrictions by speaking to agents based in the country.

Ellie was really helpful and done a great job sorting out my brother stag do. She was quick to respond if I had any queries. She chose a hotel that was close to the restaurant and all the bars so there were no taxis required. I would advise anyone planning a stag do to use these guys purely for the reason that it gives all of the attendees their own log in details so they can log on and pay whatever they want, when they want, towards the stag event. This saves the best man having to collect all the little payments at different times if people can’t afford to pay all at once.

Couldn't recommend booking your Stag more through StagWeb. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient in booking everything. I originally booked to go abroad but had to cancel because of Covid restrictions. They helped me transfer all our payments over to a new location and helped book new accommodation and activities. So much stress and time was saved. Vicki was amazing too answering urgent questions I needed in the run up to our booking. Couldn't recommend it more!

Organising a stag do for 22 was becoming a bit of hard work so I decided to have a look at StagWeb which a friend of mine recommended. All the organisers were very friendly and helpful. Having everyone able to log into the site and pay for themselves was really helpful. The events we went to were all well organised and went better than expected. Only one slight issue was that one of the events didn't have our booking, but once I showed them the confirmation on my phone they let us in with no problem.
I would definitely use them again and would recommend them if you want to take the stress out of organising your stag do.

Tom and Katy made the whole thing super easy and affordable which made for a great weekend. The apartments were perfect, in both location and suitability. We did bubble football for the first time which is great fun! I’d definitely recommend StagWeb to others booking a stag do.

Had I not used stagweb, I would have been very stressed trying to get my event organised. It was first cancelled in march 2020, and then again for October 2020 and finally took place in July 2021. Through stagweb, I was easily able to postpone the stag, without anyone losing any money and was able to keep all the events we had originally planned 18 months ago. To say they've been brilliant is an understatement, highly recommend.
