StagWeb and their team were incredibly helpful and made my life a lot easier booking my mate's stag. The activities were well organised and great fun. The hotel we stayed in was also great value for money. All round a really good experience.

Originally booked a Stag party for Benidorm but with the current Covid Status this was swiftly changed to the UK. Unfortunately due to Covid this has also been canceled now. Stagweb dealt with the huge demand of changes well! I don't know why people are kicking off. The Government delayed the drop back of the current covid lockdown levels which obviously caused a load of issues and workload.

I booked a stag do in Bristol through stagweb. We couldn't believe how good value it was when we were quoted a price.
It was all very simple to arrange.
The pandemic hit and we had to postpone the stag do.
StagWeb were fantastic, we postponed it a year and eventually cancelled it as the wedding was delayed further.
StagWeb were flexible and refunded the amount in full, without any issue or delay.
I was so impressed with them and will 100% be using them the next time I need to book a stag do up.

Booked a stag do as part of a group of 12, travelling to Marbella in April 2020. The booking was originally made in the middle of 2019. Unfortunately, this was unable to go ahead due to COVID-19, so we were more than happy for Groupia to issue us with a credit note to rebook for the following year. This was all a smooth transition and we had no problems. All the group expecting this to go ahead, with no thoughts of cancelling. The lead booker then receives a call at the beginning of January asking if we would like to cancel our booking?! Considering the current situation of the pandemic, our flights with EasyJet being refunded and nothing being expected to get back to normal until at least halfway through the year, we agreed that we would like to cancel but requested information at what expense this would be. It took well over 4-5 weeks to be told this amount. We then continually contested this, as we did not agree that in additional to 12 people’s deposits, another £600+ had been kept back due to two people on the booking paying two lump sums. During all of this, there was another announcement that there would be no travel until at least May 17th. We then contacted Groupia again and was told that this has no effect on our booking.
Overall, the experience has been dreadful. I am surprised with the other reviews on here that claim Groupia to be so amazing. Maybe they only allow good reviews to appear?!

I never write reviews but had to in this instance as StagWeb/Groupia have been by far the best travel company I have dealt with through COVID. From initial booking where we had some very specific requirements to acting promptly in protecting our deposits at the onset of covid via RCN's and restricting further liabilities to our group I cant fault them. Communication was very good given furloughing of staff with clear updates provided. On requesting a refund this was promptly actioned and completed exactly as they advised. Gutted we couldnt get away but as another reviewer posted I would actively go out of my way to recommend Stagweb/Groupia and will re-book with them. Great service pre Covid and during Covid. Honest people, clearly passionate about what they do and how they do it. Great pricing as well. Other companies should take note. Thanks to Poppy/Simon.

Although our even didn't go ahead due to Covid restrictions, we as a group cannot fault the service we have received. From first enquiring right through to receiving our refund Ellie and her team have always been there, to help with an issue. They have always been polite and professional and when we do get to have a proper stag, we will definitely be using them again.

I’ve been genuinely taken aback by the professionalism and customer service that these guys managed to provide around my trip, which overall we’ve had to move twice but each time the StagWeb/Groupia staff have been so helpful in providing options that would work for me and my party.
They have by far been the most accommodating, responsive and friendly team I’ve had to speak to about various holiday/event cancellations - and there has been a lot of them. Whereas some companies have used the pandemic as an excuse for shady practices, Groupia went the other way and made sure we were kept informed of all significant updates surrounding our trip, before quickly accepting a refund request after they offered it to us. They should act as an example to other travel companies during these times.
In short, Groupia is actually the only business in the travel industry that I will be making a conscious effort to return to in the future.

Stag Do booked abroad for October, sadly with the Covid-19 impacts on the country in question being all over the place, many of our group were not keen to travel and therefore we decided to postpone the trip to next year. Alongside the ever changing UK restrictions, it has made the organisation very difficult so the positive experience with Groupia has made sure the whole thing wasn't a nightmare. Throughout the process, the team at Groupia/StagWeb were very helpful to deal with, taking on board our (ever changing) situation and have provided multiple options to attempt to assist us. Useful email and phone conversations and fully expect to use Groupia once more when hopefully we revive the trip for next year.

I had activities booked for Berlin in March for a group of 12, this was cancelled due to travel restrictions in the first week of the pandemic. I haven't had a penny back from stagweb and they are very reluctant to answer emails. Very frustrating.

I had booked a stag due for April and with everything going on i had to cancel it to get a full refund, the organizer Ellie I had helped me with any questions that I may have had she replied very fast as I can understand they will have a lot going on to like all of us. I will 100% be using them again to book a stag due when this is all over with.

We had booked a stag to Madrid for the 1st of May but due to the Coronavirus everything was cancelled.
StagWeb were great in dealing with this given that a lot of stag had to be furloughed. The travel industry is probably the worst hit and I know they would have been under serious pressure from customers. Kate and Poppy kept in touch throughout and they refunded all of our money, no issues at all.
Initially booking the stag was very easy and they were able to suggest a great hotel at a great price.
I'll definitely use them again for the next stag trip!

I know I speak for all 6 of us when I say this was a an absolutely fantastic experience, and thanks to stag web it was made so much easier to book. I was looking for a shooting range to go to while on my stag do in Berlin and was hitting a dead end, then I found stag web and everything was sorted out for me, all I had to do was pay. This made for a much easier stag do as it was difficult enough to try and organize everything else. The shooting range itself was absolutely amazing, an event we won’t be forgetting anytime soon and the 2 people who dealt with my booking couldn’t have been more attentive. Thanks for a great experience stag web.

From start to finish, Groupia (Stag Web) were excellent at helping me organise the Stag day and night I was planning for 22 people. Once I told them what I needed, they took care of everything else at a very low price.
In particular, Katy Goodship (who was our appointed 'rep') was on hand at all times should I need to change anything or have any questions. I can not recommend this company enough.

Visited Bristol as part of a stag do and was left a little disappointed
We were stood outside for about 10 minutes trying to get someone to open the door and let us in
Eventually we were let in and were given the drink included in our package
The buffet provided was of good quality and there was plenty of it
Unfortunately it was not "served" by the waitresses as stated in the advertising it was already waiting on a shelf when we entered
The girls were attractive and pleasant and did a short game with the stag
For what we paid I would have expected a little more dancing or entertaining on stage from them
Unfortunately they spent most of the time asking members of the group to pay up for private dances
The drinks are extortionatly priced, £6 for a bottle of Budweiser, I bought one but was not prepared to be ripped off further
