I had a full rewire done by Gareth and honestly couldn’t be happier with the fantastic result. He was incredibly attentive throughout, always taking the time to listen to my ideas and offer thoughtful suggestions to make the project run smoothly. His attention to detail is incredibly high, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was friendly, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about doing the best job possible, I honestly mean that! He’s built a brilliant reputation around Stamford for good reason. While here, he even helped out two of my neighbours. I now have an electrician I completely trust for all future work.

I contacted Stamford Property Maintenance as I had a problem with my upstairs lights not turning off. Gareth arrived on time and had identified and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. As he was leaving we noticed water was coming through into the hall from the bathroom upstairs, so Gareth went up and fixed that too. Since then Gareth has fixed my side gate, changed a troublesome door lock, sorted out a roof leak and helped me to tile my kitchen. He is always friendly, punctual and happy to give advice. I cannot rate him highly enough. Thank you!

I don’t normally write reviews. I’d like to express how professional Gareth was, he was on time, fitted me in very quickly knowing I was desperate, very reasonable priced and went above and beyond. I won’t be using another tradesman as Gareth is a guy of all trades which is perfect.

Had Stamford Property Service install spotlights onto my bedroom ceiling. Was happy with the price and the service throughout. Very professional and really pleased with the results. Following on from this Gareth came back to fit new bathroom and ensuite taps for me. He has a refreshing "no job too small" attitude. Would definitely recommend.
