The delivery Courier ( DPD) said no one…
The delivery Courier ( DPD) said no one was home. The photo they sent allegedly proving this was not even my House. Maybe Staples should use a different delivery service ? They have confirmed a refund will be paid, so am waiting to see how quickly this is executed.

The stuff didn't get delivered
The stuff didn't get delivered, you cannot provide a POD and are trying to absolve yourself of any responsibility, quite frankly atrocious.
To then get a response saying a POD has been provided, is again absurd. A blurred picture of a package with no labelling readable, no signature and no name of who accepted the package. Just reinforces the ineptitude.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies you are having issues locating your items. We have investigated this fully with DPD and provided images of the pod and a previous pod which was delivered to the correct location. We have also provided gps locations from the driver. You have stated you have cctv from the reception showing the driver attending the premises with parcels. If you can supply us with the cctv we are happy to investigate this further with DPD.

There is always problem with delivery
There is always problem with delivery. Every time I got a refund but that is not the point. How can 36 bottles of water be lost?
Very unreliable company.
Switched to a different one and get water delivered within 24 hrs.

Printer Ink Pack.
I ordered a dual colour and black generic printer ink pack for my Canon Proxima printer.. It seemed a reasonable price and was delivered promptly. Just the way it should be.
I would likely use Staples UK again.
