The only problem was with delivery
The only problem was with delivery. I asked for the parcel to be delivered to "My safe place" which is "down steps next to cellar door" where it is sheltered from the rain.
It was delivered to the front door and it was raining - see photo. This is not good for a cardboard box containing paper towels. Fortunately it did not rain much and the towels are fine - but it could have been bad.

Annoying delivery
My package was about to be delivered very timely however I could not get to the door in time and from my ring doorbell vid I saw the delivery driver take it away again. I had thought it would be left on my step.
I expected it to be delivered the next day but it never came so I phoned EO who did send a second one to be fair.
I think EO should review their carriers.

I ordered a pair of ear defenders
I ordered a pair of ear defenders, which were listed as in stock, paid by credit card and very shortly afterwards received an e-mail saying that the product was out of stock. On phoning the next day i was told that it might take 2 weeks to supply the product and that no equivalent alternative was available at a similar price. I therefore cancelled my order.you should not be accepting payment for goods which you know to be out of stock.
