Thefting individuals.

I've ordered from Starbucks this morning in which this store have cancelled every single time I've ordered with no reason provided, however, this morning I didn't have much of a choice as no other coffee shops/cafes were open for my location. They accepted the order and assigned a driver, in which I am just as shocked, but the driver has stolen my goods. I contacted Customer Service and they made me out to be a liar. Apparently, they've passed it to management who never contacted me. I will be going to the police for theft. I do NOT make complaints or leave bad reviews as I work Customer Service, but I will not be made out to be a liar like I'm some fraudulent user. It's the cost of living crisis, you're a billionaire company, but less than £15.00 GBP scares you instead of keeping loyal customers?

Starbucks, Arena Coventry - Avoid

Went for an evening coffee with a friend only to be ushered into the smallest part of the store as they were closing and needed to clean. I understand that but they weren't closing for another two hours! They were also only serving in to-go cups as they didn't want to use the dishwasher with only two hours to go until closing.
Overall shockingly poor service and attitude from the staff at the branch at The CBS Arena in Coventry. They just couldn't be bothered to assist in any way.
They had at least six staff working that shift and none of them were at all helpful or even polite!

Rip off reward scheme

Rip off reward scheme. You spend money, build up stars and free drinks then they disable your account and you get no answer from lousy customer services
You are a disgrace Starbucks. How much money have you saved by stealing people's money, stars and free drinks? Millions I bet. You're fraudulent

From on store to another the customer…

From on store to another the customer service varies and Weymouth are people who clearly don't want to be in the job and just don't care.There's one lad in there that isn't miserable.The rest like there's nothing there!
However total comparison I go to Devon once a month and pop into honiton branch on the way and it's a complete different experience.The girls are pleasant and can't do enough for you.Conversation,cheer you up,just by being happy and themselves.So the three stars is overall but it's 5 stars for HONITON and 1 for WEYMOUTH cheer up weymouth branch or get another job you enjoy.Also learn to make Frappes better not like water.

Hospitality training urgently needed.

I'm in starbucks Hove and sadly the customer service is severely delinquent.

Young Evi the server couldnt manage a smile or a good afternoon, just kept asking "anything else" as we were choosing our items.

The young lad behind him was on his phone scrolling.

After 24 years in Hospitality I can certainly say from experience this isn't good. A smile and an hello can go a very long way.

Definitely, Hospitality training is required.

Pricey but that's the current financial climate.

Consistent coffee experience ☕️

Starbucks my absolute favourite coffee brand in the uk. Their coffee always taste the same regardless of store, customer service is really focused on the experience and customers journey.
Communication is always great and waiting time is very quick to place and receive order.

INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE & UNCOMFORTABLE

Decided to go to Starbucks in Carlisle for a coffee and a bite to eat before taking the dogs for a walk, but were horrified at the cost. Every coffee over £5 except for flat whites! All cakes about £2.50 and very small. The cost for two flat whites, two paninis and one cake was eye watering. The tables were unsteady and small, barely enough room to sit two people around and totally unsuitable for my disabled husband. Only good thing to say about it was that it is easily accessible by car and quiet....not surprised though due to the prices. Will not be going again.

Vermin in Starbucks

I went with a friend to get a coffee at Starbucks Wandsworth. It was infested with mice one ran out the door the others ran behind the counter. The staff said nothing. I cannot see any health and safety just mice droppings.

Starbucks worst ever. Richomd.

Starbucks, in sainsburys, manor road, Richmond tw9. Ive been going into thus place every day for the last 5 years on my break. Last couple off months this place has gone down hill since all the regular staff have left and moved on. Now tou cant even get a decent coffee in there. Staff are rude and cant even make a coffee. Im done with this place. Wasre of time and money.

Big shout

Big shout, to the ladies at Starbucks junction 4A Harthill industrial park.
When my electric car ran out of juice and I couldn't find a charging point.
They went well above and beyond.
Total asset to the company. This is how human beings should be, to one another.
Five stars just isn't enough.

Overpriced

App is slow when loading and adding money, which isn’t useful when in store or at drive thru. Service in the Metrocentre branches (all 3) is great and staff are attentive. However, recent price increases have become too much and unrealistic. £6 for a coffee is pure greed when you can get 10 coffees from Nespresso for the same price.

Went through the drive through this morning at 10am, didn’t get their name but had great service and very friendly smile. 😍 a smile spreads a smile and it did today. Great coffee too.

Starbucks, Hayle Cornwall.
Thank you Jazz, Leah and Jessica for always being so nice! I visit this Starbucks on a regular basis and I have never had a bad experience. A Friendly atmosphere, lovely coffee Everytime and always with a smile and pleasant cheerful demeanor. This is my favorite coffee shop. The store is spotless and the baristas are fantastic. Thank you all x

Awful service

Just visited Starbucks on A4 heathrow, ordered a vanilla cappuccino and cheese & ham toastie. They service was slow, they gave me the cappuccino which was very weak, the toasties was heated up then they put it on the counter by the drive through and left it there till I said is that mine . They couldn't even cut it in half as they had no knife. The service was like "here's your food & drink now go away" just awful service
