This is a big SCAM! I bought 3 items (leggings) which looked great in the Pictures. Receiving them was a bad experience. I wanted to return the items but I could not get a refund or even the address where to return it to. Today I went to the Police.

I just dodged a very expensive bullet. This store steals images from other stores. I went to order something and realized that I'd seen it before on another page that had the actual not cut off photos with the lable on the clothes and did my research on some of the other "clothes" they had and realized they just steal photos, change them. Act like they are giving you a discount and then stealing from people. Google image search anything you buy from them, I bet most of it will come back to a different store.

I have been shopping from this shop for already 4 years. Ordered tops, leggings, shorts. The size fits the same for different positions.
Good quality. Had never delivery problems although had different countries to deliver to.

I ordered a tennis ‘set’ skirt and top and they are 2 different materials and one is white and the other one is off white
I’m trying to send it back and they have so many hoops to jump through it’s rediculous
They bombard you w BS emails all to find out in the end you’ve basically just lost your money
A total scam

I placed an order on 14 Feb 2026 and the money were taken from my credit card. Until 2 April there is no update about my order and they are not responding to my emails. Just a bunch of thieves, nothing else!

I want to warn everybody of this website
placed an order for a significant amount of money and never received my items. There has been no proper communication or resolution despite multiple attempts to contact them.

Ordered from this website and didn't receive anything!! Not even a tracking number!!! No reply from customer service!!! Just simply lost my money there 😣💔

ordered 2 jumpsuits the 5th of january, they never came, you contact them they answer real low key, the package is "processing" i'm waiting already 20 days.. They scam

Do not shop with them. They refused my return saying it wasn’t within the 14 day window and I emailed them on the 13th day.

I placed an order on 9th of march 2024, today it’s 9th of April and the package still hasn’t arrived and my national currier still hasnt received information about it. When I check the tracking number provided by starlethics I see that the package is “being processed”.
I spend $161 at this shop.. spare yourself the trouble and order somewhere else.

6 Wochen Lieferzeit, angekommen ist nur eine Leggings, statt drei. Qualität unterirdisch, kein Etikett, keine Antwort auf fehlende Hosen.
Ich bin geschockt über mich selbst, dass ich drauf reingefallen bin.
Es gab von Beginn an keine Bestellbestätigung, woraufhin ich 11 Tage nach Bestellung nachgefragt habe und eine nette Rückantwort bekam, dass Aufgrund von sehr hoher Nachfrage alles etwas verzögert passiere. Ich solle mir aber keine Sorgen machen. Tage später kam dann die Nachricht über den Versand mit den 3 abgebildeten Leggings, das war am 17.02.24.
Heute am 13.03.24 lag das langersehnten Päckchen im Briefkasten mit sehr, sehr ernüchternden Tatsachen.
150€ , die ich arg bezweifle erstattet zu bekommen.

Grottiger Service, elendig lange und unvollständige Lieferung und keine Erstattung.

Ich habe zwei Leggins als Geburtstagsgeschenk bestellt, eine kam an.
Die Farbe sah ganz anders aus als auf dem Foto, gefiel also nicht, das ist aber nicht das Schlimmste an der Geschichte.
Ich habe nachgehakt warum nur eine Leggins ankam, das ich gerne das Geld für die nicht gelieferte Leggins zurück hätte und erwähnt, das die andere nicht gefiel und ich sie gerne zurücksenden würde.
Die Dame, die antwortete meinte, die andere Leggins wäre "auf dem Weg" und ich könne sie ja beide gemeinsam zurücksenden.
Ich wartete wieder 4 Wochen, es kam nichts. Ich war daraufhin im Ausland (3 Wochen) und in der Zeit kam dann die zweite Leggins.
Bei meiner Rückkehr wollte ich sie zurücksenden, aber ich nach den Rücksendedetails fragte, antwortete mir wieder dieselbe Dame, die Rücksendung könne nur innerhalb von 14 Tagen geschehen. Ein Witz, denn ich sollte ja warten. Ich schrieb sehr nett zurück und sagte, sie habe mir doch geraten auf die zweite Leggins zu warten und dass ich im Ausland war. Anstelle einer richtigen Antwort kam nur der Screenshot derselben Mail mit dem Verweis auf die 14 Tagen Rücksendezeit.

Übrigens ist die Qualität der Ware ist natürlich genauso schlecht wie der Service.

Do not buy from this site. They do not return any orders unless you hold the return expense, which for China, where the products come from is more or less the same as the price of the products. Also their reply time on all e-mails is 7-14 days !

Quality is not what could be excpetect : refund request.

Ich bin mit der Ware nicht so zufrieden und möchte sie zurücksenden. Auf der Webseite ist keine Rücksendeadresse zu finden und auch nach dem dritten Mal per E-Mail Anfrage erhalte ich dazu keine Informationen.

Lieferung nach Deutschland dauert 3 Wochen. Tracking war durch AfterShip möglich, andere Tracker finden die Sendungsnummer nicht. Leggings haben gute Qualität und sind sehr nachhaltig. Die Größe S tendiert zu XS.
Ich bin zufrieden.

C'est une ARNAQUE!! J'ai commandé pour 250€ de vêtements de sport. Ils sont bien arrivés mais la qualité est catastrophique. Les vêtements sont de la taille d'un enfant de 10ans. J'ai demandé à pouvoir retourner ma commande. Ils M'ont dit fournis une adresse en CHINE !! quand j'ai vérifié l'adresse, il s'agit de l'adresse du sheraton hotel, donc une fausse adresse. Je n'ai jamais récupéré mon argent et ils ne répondent plus.
