Rebecca at Starlight Beds is excellent, really prompt in responding to emails and very helpful, even going the extra mile to provide details of another mattress from a sister company and getting a discount voucher that I couldn’t download. The mattresses were delivered within 48hrs and being vacuum packed easy to get upstairs and into the bedroom. Can’t fault this company and their staff.

I wrote a review on this mattress when I purchased it 3 months ago which was positive due to good customer service and swift delivery . However after the double mattress has been slept on by a 7 stone teenager since the end of September it has become bobbled, discoloured and worse of all it has dipped in the middle. God only knows how it would fair with 2 grown adults occupying it?? It's a shame I can't post photos on here, as everyone I have shown cannot believe the state it's in - apart from Starlight Beds of course (or the sleep people as they're also known) . To them this is normal wear and tear and despite a back and forth via email they continue to believe that is the case. It most definitely is NOT 'just wear and tear' and judging by the first 3 months use it will not be fit for purpose within 12 months - which ironically is the length of the guarantee they give you. Although I'm not sure what the guarantee is worth as significant dipping is not covered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PURCHASE A NEW MATTRESS WITHIN THE YEAR.
EDIT FOLLOWING THEIR RESPONSE. the response from Starlight Beds suggested I did not send photos of the dip. I did send pics however they then requested I measure the dip and send photos of the measurements. At this point I gave up. I was not going to win. BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR PERIL
