Over 60 policy
I was so happy with all the information given I understood it and I was forced to by a policy. I will recommend my children get an insurance policy if they haven’t got one.

Superb company with very knowledgeable advisors who, were happy to help me and went through everything in detail. I took a Life and critical illness policy out to give the added protection for my two children and they ensured it was written in trust too for me, very happy :)

Really happy with my advisor
Really happy with my advisor. Danny was knowledgeable and efficient. I am now getting a much better deal. Danny was also very friendly but polite and respectful. I was happy for him to deal with the policy for me.

Annoying the heck out of me
Annoying the heck out of me
Their 'Review' team keeps ringing me about my policy, that doesn't exist, has my name and number but won't tell me how.
This is the seventh call in less than two weeks. Each time I tell them to take me off their call list and they keep calling me. They won't tell me how they have my information, just that they want to pass me to an advisor. Answering a question with a question.
'How did you get my information?'
'So are you looking for a policy or not?'.
So now, each time they call me, I will leave a bad review. They interrupt me while I'm working so I can type this each time I am on a call with them.

Avoid
Had an issue with the wrong date of birth which us fine accidents happen and I didn't realise myself intill 2 months later . Phoned ST&R at 9am repeatedly before work phones wasny on even though it was opening hours eventually left voicemail for call back explaibgvtge issue . Nobody called me back . A week later I phoned tgem again left a voicemail and stated I woukd cancel policy if nobody got back to me . A few minutes later I was called to be told the issue has been amended and all was well with the policy and an apology as the lady was on annual leave and hadn't picked uo the message. I thought this was strange as surly it wasnt left for her personally ..wasnt there anyone else who could deal with the amendment? . Later that day another call back to be told the insurer needed proof of my i.d ..thought strange I had already been told it had been amended and all was well ! . I then put in a complaint over tge phone and asked to cancel my policy. I was transfered to someone who then offered me a call back within 10 mins. The call back never happened. As a consequence I have now gone back to my old insurance company. I felt this company was quite pushy about me taking out the original policy with the constant phone calls . I also feel I was lied to .

Poor service, set up policy and they sent all my details by post to the wrong address, I called to update them and they confirmed updated and then sent out again to wrong address (just door number incorrect)

1st class mortgage advice
We recently completed on our first house and James Hunter was our mortgage advisor for this.
James is everything we could have asked for in an advisor. He found us a mortgage that was at a better rate than we could find ourselves, he was there to explain all the nuisances and jargon along the way and managed and helped across the whole process. He help us find appropriate surveyors and much more.
Nothing was too much for him, and everything he did was fit around us.
Couldn’t recommend him enough thank you James
