Good support and service.salesman are so good

I ordered an SSD and a casing, and even paid in advance to confirm the order that very day.

It’s been 8 days since I placed the order, but they haven’t delivered the products yet. They just keep telling me to wait.

These items were very important to me and I needed them urgently, but they failed to deliver on time — and still haven’t sent them.
It was a terrible experience. Everyone, please be cautious when ordering from Star Tech.

I bought a rechargeable fan from them online. They sent me a 2 year old fan. It was manufactured in 2023. I didn't expect this from Star Tech.

I recently bought a Samsung TV. First and foremost they were supposed to deliver it yesterday but the delivery man had his phone switched off. Thankfully it arrived today. But the remote for the TV is missing. Their customer support is as useless as it gets. Contacted them and they are asking me for an unboxing video. Do you actually expect your customers to record a video whilst unboxing their product? Also why would the remote be missing from packaging from a brand new TV? That means the product has been previously opened or returned by a customer.

I'm extremely unhappy with my experience at Star Tech Ltd. in Bangladesh. The Banani and Uttara branches have unprofessional staff, outdated products, and poor customer service. Their website is also clunky and unhelpful. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I recently placed an order to purchase a Baseus Super Pro Jump Starter and these guys made me wait for 8 days and cancelled it without informing. I called their call center multiple times and they said they will deliver within one to two days. The quality of this organization has degraded over the past years. Don't buy products from them as they don't bother about their customers.

I placed multiple orders over several occasions, and no customer service team inform me that I was eligible for a GrameenPhone STAR discount. Over the past three months, I’ve spent more than 100,000 BDT without receiving any discount. It’s essential to have well-informed and trained staff to provide customers with this information in a timely manner.

Very poor system, in a word; fraud. There was some display issue in my laptop, so I took it into a Star tech servicing centre. They had to just change the display. But while changing the display, they broke my laptop. Now they are refusing to take any responsibility. How ridiculous!!
Totally Fraud. I expected better from them, but alas! They disappointed me.

Regularly updates their website about their stocks and honestly never had any issue.
Except one time when i needed a gpu , they said i had to buy a whole pc to get that gpu which was absurd hence the name of the title.
Except for that one time , its good , reliable , service is great.
