Henry at state filing is probably 1 of the only reasons I was able to get the ball rolling with my llc he is very helpful and makes the process extremely easy I was pleased that he was able to help me acquire all the right information to keep me on the right track!!!

Well, my friend and I decided to start this business and we really had no idea what we were doing so we just went online and filed like we thought we should accidentally hit a button to pay an extra $480 and then I got an email from Taffeta. She was really nice and explaining everything and immediately canceled the extra things that I did not need for my LLC. She was very prompt at answering my questions and replying to my emails. Then the next day Natalie called me because Taffeta was out. Natalie was just as professional and courteous and was going to go ahead and push our order through because we previously had it on hold. What a great experience and I know I can always reach out to these ladies if I have any questions.

I have been charged $199 every single day after I paid the $269 they tricked me into after telling me it would be only be an initial charge of $99! Customer service is nasty & rude to the point of not being able to even have a conversation. My bank has flagged them as fraud & opened an investigation into them. Steer Clear!
