Yesterday upon arriving at the State filling office, I was warmly greeted and assisted in an extremely professional manner by a rather knowledgeable and understanding rep named Ashley.
Her assistance was more than helpful and very appreciated.

State Filings is an absolute scam - the firm actively markets/portrays themselves to be an official government filing website, promising a "LLC filing One-Stop-Shop" to naive entrepreneurs, while hiding in the finest of prints the fact that they're actually a "third party agent" that will charge you $600+ to file an LLC on your behalf. On top of this, the State Filings group tags along to your LLC indefinitely as a "Registered Agent" of your new company, charging you a $200 annual fee until you file an independent LLC amendment with your state to remove them. Genuinely hope the founding members (leeches) and all affiliated personnel rot in hell.
