Casey is the best! There was confusion about some additional charges on my card when I filed my business with these guys. I freaked out and read some of the reviews and thought oh crap I have been scammed!! I called my bank, was about to cancel my card and dispute charges but had a prompting to just call the rep Casey and be genuine and honestly ask what was going on. Its a good thing I didn’t cancel my card, start a huge deal and try to fight things. I talked to Casey and within seconds she had me calm as a cucumber! She politely explained the charges I had on my account, discussed various options with me, and refunded anything that I had unknowingly signed up for accidentally. These guys are not a scam… it is because of people like Casey I know that to be the case. If this was the typical scam I would have run into people not answering the phone, not returning phone calls, and definitely NOT refunding anything money. Casey answers the phone, returns phone calls in a timely manner, AND willingly refunds money if there is any confusion. Thanks to Casey and her awesomeness, state filings has another happy customer!

On December 8th I contacted this company to help with getting my LLC and EIN and they handled the LLC with ease and was very efficient but when I try getting my EIN number I thought I was scammed by them and cancelled right away and then was able to talk to Erik the manager and he helped and assured me this was not a scam and went out his way to help me and also called back and made sure I was satisfied which I was and everything went fine
I would refer anyone looking for help with getting there LLC and EIN to this company
