This was a helpful service for my startup LLC and I was pleased with the results. I feel that there were a few services that I was “upsold” on however I also believe this to be my own fault for not having been an informed customer to start with. All in all I would recommend this service to anyone who is starting out just do a little research first so you only pay for what you need.

i had to cancel my credit card....so far I have been charged 209dollars, 188.20 dollars, 79 dollars for an LLC and and EIN. I made the mistake of thinking I was going through my state but instead got this service. An LLC is supposed to be 50 dollars and an EIN is free. This company is a giant scam. Buyer beware. Also they dont answer customer service...its an answering service. ALSO read fine print..they say scammers are on their site charging for the EIN ....my credit card company said the charge is from state filings. JUST DON'T use this company.

Borderline just scamming people. Way overpriced services for very easy things to do. Try to upsell the entire way. Chose none of the upsells but still billed me an extra $400 for services I did not approve. Easy to mistake if you've never filed a business before.
