I've put up with pain for years. Back, neck, shoulders..this year I decided once and for all to get help. I thought it was worth a shot..after all, Im getting on a bit so expectations were low..Well, after just one session, the results sent my expectations sky high..one treatment and the pain and stiffness I'd tolerated for years were gone..OK, I have now been twice (Greg is such a nice guy, Im glad I still have to go for a few more treatments..after all..Im a wreck) but small things are so HUGE when they're no longer there..If you are in pain, achey and stiff, please go and see Greg..he has a lovely personality and nine dogs..what's not to like..Im thinking of running the London Marathon..well, maybe not..but my optimism on life is definitely elevated..Thankyou Greg.

Contacted State11 as I had strained my knee and after 4 weeks of following current online advice, a) it wasn’t getting better and b) I was fed up with the RICE approach!
I have a hiking holiday booked for 6 weeks’ time. So my goal was to get a realistic assessment from an expert and to get the knee as repaired as possible- I wanted an active approach rather “rest until it goes away (perhaps)”.
Secured an appointment quickly. Filled out their comprehensive online form, which meant when I arrived I was straight into treatment- no time taken up on paperwork. How refreshing…
The manipulation was deep and thorough, the advice given was positive, clear, targetted and helpful, none of my questions appeared too daft and there was no pressure to make further bookings. I felt I was really listened to.
At the end of the session, I walked out with some funky pink strapping and without pain.
Really appreciated the next day follow-up contact too.

As usual, Greg’s warm welcome made feel at ease, even though I was I a lot of pain. He explained everything, worked thoroughly on my problem & sent me home sore but feeling much better. He gave advice on what to do in the next few days. Thanks!

First of all I am pain free thanks to Greg. Highly recommend. Greg gives you a very warm welcome and puts you at ease straight away. So quick and easy to make an appointment time to suit yourself. I messaged at 08.30 and got seen the same day. He knows his stuff, you explain what the pain/discomfort is and he is straight onto it. Anyone tells me they in discomfort and I sending them straight to State 11.

Came in with discomfort twice now and left both times feeling much better. Worth the visit, even more for the things you’ll talk about!

I went to State11 with severe lower back pain.
Greg sat me down asked me to explain my pain how I done it and within 50 minutes I felt like a new man I could stand up stright and walk with ease
Talked me through aftercare and also sent me emails with the aftercare and to see how I was feeling the next day
I'd recommend State11 to anyone who has any pain

So pleased I went to see Greg, I couldn't hardly bend down as I was in such pain. After 2 days I'm feeling loads better, still alittle sore but early days. He makes you feel at ease, a great character, happy go lucky, and that's what you need, when your feeling like I was
