I found myself in a very dark place mentally, physically and emotionally last year which unfortunately it has continued in to 2023 somewhat. I had spent so much money on alternative therapies and private consultations trying to help myself, but kept meeting a brick wall. Through word of mouth and recommendation I found State 11 and the joyous effervescent ray of light on my dark days that is Greg.
A genuine salt of the earth, put on this planet to do good guy. No upsells, no courses, no BS just pure dedication to making you feel the best you can. He makes the impossible seem possible and each time I leave State 11 I feel I walk that bit taller, feel less pain, feel more comfortable in my own skin and smile. The energy to the place is wonderful, welcoming ,calm and positive. I simply can't recommend enough.

Hobbled in with chronic shoulder pain and lower back pain , absolutely bloody amazing and explained everything that was happening, walked out in a lot less pain with expected bruising feeling, this morning at least 90% better and just need to wait a couple of days to be 100% as had the pain for a while so it will take its time to fully go.

From my heart I cannot thank Greg enough for getting me through a very difficult time. If it wasn’t for him I would still be relying on painkillers to get me through the day with no end in sight of ever being back to normal & pain free. 🤗

Greg is really friendly, but don't expect a gentle relaxing time. The techniques are quite "forceful", but they seem to be really effective. There is absolutely no pressure to sign up for a course of treatment, and oftern 1 or 2 sessions seems to be enough from my experience.

Greg is one in a million.
My hips have been sore for far too many years. It affected my walking and my sleep. I wish I'd seen Greg earlier I honestly never expected the results I've got. Sleeping and better movement... the latter I hoped for... the former a huge bonus. Thanks Greg :-)

Greg is so easy to get along with, one of life’s genuine nice guys so you know that you can trust him.
Yes the treatment can be painful at times but the results just blow your mind …… he fixes you simple as that.

I never give 5 stars ⭐️ to anyone as nothing and nobody is perfect. But State 11 is very good and understanding, my back feels alot looser but for me personally I think I’m going to have to have another session or 2 . All in all - very nice, understanding and good at there job.

Very pleased I followed a recommendation to come and see State11 to help with a pulled leg muscle that I had not been able to walk on for 2 months. I came out feeling bruised and battered but so so pleased I have been able to take up my regular walks. If like me your doctor tells you to expect aches and pains at your age, don’t put up with it go and visit them NOW. First class highly recommended

2nd visit to state 11, treatment really gets to the key problem areas and immediate ease felt. greg is professional, very knowledgable and makes you feel better in yourself.

After having been in a lot of pain,my neck and legs are so much better after just once session. Although a bit tender today I certainly am feeling soo much better, excellent treatment

Just been for my 6month MOT, which you def need at my age !! Greg is so friendly and his treatment is amazing. I walk in feeling 90 and walk out feeling able to move freely and without pain. Thanks Greg. I would recommend VERY HIGHLY to anyone needing pain relief.

Being at state 11 I knew I was in safe hands. It wasn't the first time I had visited but I trust Greg's knowledge and abilities to help heal my injury.
I want to thank them for always treating me with great kindness and accomadating all my needs.
Great experience and both Greg and Vic are wonderful people. Anyone who has an ache or pain I recommend to go there!

Greg is just amazing!! Saw him for sciatic pain /muscle tightness..what i like about the treatment at state 11 is you don't have to commit to multiple appointments, on both my visits for seperate issues its been solved in one appointment.

Yet again Greg has fixed me.. would highly recommend he is fantastic

greg was so lovely made me instantly feel at ease listened to me and dealt with my shoulder and arm pain amazingly the guy is full of knowledge i am so glad i went there i would recommend to anyone that’s experiencing problems

Greg came to treat my rugby team, side of the pitch in the middle of nowhere in the cold with boys who can only communicate their injuries in single syllable sentences and he was able to keep 4/5 lads on the pitch with their various knocks and aliments. Great service, highly recommended

Yet again Greg and Viv come to my rescue. Saw Greg today with lower back pain due to being off work with an injury to my knee for 15 months and being immobile. Great service! Happy Greg! and Happy me! Now to get back to work after 15 month 😁 Thank you both so much

It was lovely meeting Greg and Vik. I hurt my neck and was in agony and was recommended to Greg who managed to get me in on the same day. Got straight into the appointment and yes it was painful but I felt amazing afterwards!

He was careful and knew his stuff, and introduced me to his wife who explained her profession to help me with future changes!
