Not a trustable organization.

Immediately after moving in they began to try to extort me for a 110 euro cleaning fee which they had listed as optional on the booking platform (Housing Anywhere). They texted me every day about this for a few weeks and threatened to evict me if I didn't pay. They also tried to charge me 28 euros in fees because i had to pay the damage deposit in multiple transactions due to their chip reader not working.

After moving out, they did not return the deposit within the legal time limit (it is 30 days, not working days) and made up random and false reasons that they didn't need to return it yet. Only after I threatened to sue them and report them to the city did they return the deposit.

Issues (Leaks /minor flooding) in the apartment were not dealt with during my stay of 3 months.

I have never had a rental experience near this bad. Avoid at all costs. They will waste your time and your money and you will need to find a lawyer. The team sometimes talked to you nice but did not find solutions in an efficient way. The apartment was in a terrible condition.

Stay Barcelona Apartment is absolutely a scam . They offer to rent an apartment through a Spotahome & Idealista. They kept me in suspense for 4 days and then cancelled the reservation without explanation.I had a hard time contacting the manager via WhatsApp. They wrote to me that the apartment, unfortunately, had already been rented. A day later, the advert appeared again.
I can't imagine how they are still working, this is clearly the connivance of the authorities, such offices need to be closed and the owners put in jail. All their manipulations with clients deposits are unacceptable!

Don't mess with them! Worst agency ever.
The deposit of 1000 euros was not returned even more than 2 months after checkout. They do not answer calls, messages or emails.

During the hottest summer in history, there was no air conditioner as specified, they did not answer and for 2 months they never did it, it was terrible, dirty everywhere, everything was not like in the photo. The internet bill is incorrect, they charged for 3 month but I lived there 1.5 month, others bills not fair, they charge per each day and not per electricity and water that was consumed.

P.S. Airbnb also don't care, all that they could do it's write host and each time I should repeat whole story to new support team member

DON'T STAY THERE. They did not refund us our deposit, constantly make other excuses and we already left the apartment 2 1/2 months ago.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!
For the ones looking to book an apartment for a short/long period, I would advise you to look for another website/company, such as:

Spotahome ; Llogo Barcelona ; Airbnb ; ShBarcelona

Indeed, Stay Barcelona Apartments is maybe having good looking flats but everything behind is awful, no professionalism, no answers, no help, basically nothing good from this real estate scam company.

Their specialty: not responding at any of your emails/messages/calls

We stayed at the Gracia Terrace apartment and this is what happened:

1. They ask you to pay 75€ upfront for the cleaning when you leave the apartment.
When you actually leave, them make you pay 90€ more because they say that 75€ was not enough (REALLY?).
Total of 165€ for a 50m2 apartment already cleaned by us before leaving!

2. When we arrived to the apartment, they didn't provide us with the mailbox key, and when we asked for them the response was:
Just change the mailbox
(WHATTT??), we were only planning on staying 4 months and we had to change the mailbox?

3. Kitchen full of ants
Solution from them: just place traps (-_-)

4. The terrace's lights were not working
Solution from them: we will ask the landlord (that never came or did anything)

5. They are sending the costs (water, electricity...) via WhatsApp without the invoices. You have to request the invoices (seriously?)

And I could continue with other points because of their lack of professionalism and responsiveness.

Also, if you look at other comments on Google: they are true!
People are writing about the right company!
Don't trust the "we don't find you in our database", because this is a very cheap excuse from them to discredit the comments.

One advise: do not lose your time and MONEY with them, go with other real estate company that actually do their job.
