Unethical, Unprofessional Lairs

3 different representatives told me 3 different stories. Fullbeauty would not honor the sale price that was sent to me via email even before the order shipped. The first operator lied to me stating that they would price adjust when the product arrived to my home. The second operator wouldn't adjust the price, and said the company would send me an email (which it never did), and the third operator was nasty asking if I liked the dress or the price.

I filed a complaint at the Better Business Bureau also, and they responded with some erroneous price that I didn't pay.

Unscrupulous, unprofessional, and lying company. Buy somewhere else, please. They don't respect their customers.

Bad Business Practices

I’ve reported this company several times to congress people, state senators and reps. I am sending a letter to the POTUS to look into the practices of Full Beauty Brands (FBB), King Size, Jessica London, Roaman’s, Woman Within, Brylane Home and Catherine’s. This is a Chinese company and I recommend you shop anywhere but these stores. They charge for shipping BOTH WAYS- to send you your purchase and to send it back for a refund that rarely comes, and also will deduct handling fees of 10-15% of the purchase price. Their website states that you must initiate a return 15 days after you have placed your order, but your returns are not processed until after that date, so most returns are not granted because you’ve missed the date due to that. Promises of a refund are not fulfilled. There is no phone number to call customer service at the company, & they do not have someone or a bot on the chat line to help with returns or problems. The company does not include the order number or tracking number on any shipped items. Once they have your email and shipping address, FBB will send you their catalogs and notifications FOR EVER. When you call to request that they stop sending you emails and catalogs, they will start the one year clock from that contact to justify sending these for one more year. There is no quality control department and you will receive goods (“bads “) that you did not order and frequently, the wrong sizes of the ones you did. So it seems as if with FBB (which should stand for “Forget Bringing Back”), if you bought it, it’s now yours even if it’s the wrong size, shade, color, item or shape. One more thing, they’ve assigned ID numbers in the catalog that are different from the identifier numbers on the shipping page- it’s confusing for a purpose.

Wouldn't let me return defective bras…

Wouldn't let me return defective bras because it was more than one month. So, they only stand by their product, properly worn and washed, for one month. That tells me something about how good they think their clothes are in terms of durability. You get what you pay for. Crap!

Horrible Business

I ordered sports bras from this company. I noticed I did not receive a confirmation so I went on line, put my information in, and there was no record of the order. I then called the company, it took 2 weeks to receive the order and the product was terrible. My bra size has not changed in 10 years and these were like 3 sizes to small. I then went to try to find an order #, and to no avail, I had to call the company again! They supplied me with a Happy Return bar code and I HAVE TO BRING IT to one of these locations. On top of that you are charged $11 processing fee so at the end of the day for a total $35.54 order, I am getting back $13.06. REALLY??????? Here is their breakdown for the return.

I returned a coat and they received it No Refund Back Scam!

I returned a coat and they received it. They claim they sent a refund to paypal. They did not. Have did multiple interactions with their customer support who refuse to research it more. After three weeks of this I ended up filing with PayPal to get my refund. I will never use this company again. The coat they sent me was inferior quality for the amount of money I paid for it hence the reason I returned it. Make sure to check to make sure they give you your money back because this seems like a scam.

Frustrated, Broke, and still no boots!

I am so frustrated! I ordered a pair of boots from Fullbeauty, which is affiliated with Woman Within. The charge was made to my Womanwithin card; however, Fullbeauty refuses to credit my account or allow me ro return the boots to them. I was told because it was a third party that I would have to send the item to KNS Inernational. My biggest problem was that there was not an enclosed shipping label, nor was a return address provided. It has cost me $47 to receive and return a $59 pair of boots. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

Ordered a pair of shoes from US site to…

Ordered a pair of shoes from US site to be shipped to my home in AUS. When I didn't receive them, I contacted the company as after shipping, I was supposed to receive an email with tracking number. Customer service told me that the shipment had left the US on Sept 13 and that I would receive an email with tracking number when it reached AUS. I asked for the name and contact details of the shipping company, but they couldn't give it to me. I need the shoes for an event in early Oct and I wanted to know if I would receive them. They couldn't say where it was going to be landed in AUS, where the shipment was currently and how long it would take to get to AUS. I asked for the manager and they sent me over to the analyst for international orders. I waited online for 15 minutes and no one answered the call. I had to hang up as I am also running a business. I asked for a refund from the customer service person but was told that because it was shipped, I couldn't get a refund. Very poor service with little or no information. I will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Poor quality and TERRIBLE returns process that did not work

Ordered a bathing suit top. The quality was poor (especially for the price point - $70 CAD for just the top) and the fit was bad. Been trying to get returns information since Oct 5 (today is Oct 27), but they keep sending me links that don't work.

UPDATE - Jan 12/24 - Never received a reply from Fullbeauty, despite multiple attempts to reach out to them. I kept trying the links, but they never worked and when I sent emails back with that information, I just got the same email back with a link (that didn't work...). So I will never order from them again and do not recommend them.
