Bad Business Practices
I’ve reported this company several times to congress people, state senators and reps. I am sending a letter to the POTUS to look into the practices of Full Beauty Brands (FBB), King Size, Jessica London, Roaman’s, Woman Within, Brylane Home and Catherine’s. This is a Chinese company and I recommend you shop anywhere but these stores. They charge for shipping BOTH WAYS- to send you your purchase and to send it back for a refund that rarely comes, and also will deduct handling fees of 10-15% of the purchase price. Their website states that you must initiate a return 15 days after you have placed your order, but your returns are not processed until after that date, so most returns are not granted because you’ve missed the date due to that. Promises of a refund are not fulfilled. There is no phone number to call customer service at the company, & they do not have someone or a bot on the chat line to help with returns or problems. The company does not include the order number or tracking number on any shipped items. Once they have your email and shipping address, FBB will send you their catalogs and notifications FOR EVER. When you call to request that they stop sending you emails and catalogs, they will start the one year clock from that contact to justify sending these for one more year. There is no quality control department and you will receive goods (“bads “) that you did not order and frequently, the wrong sizes of the ones you did. So it seems as if with FBB (which should stand for “Forget Bringing Back”), if you bought it, it’s now yours even if it’s the wrong size, shade, color, item or shape. One more thing, they’ve assigned ID numbers in the catalog that are different from the identifier numbers on the shipping page- it’s confusing for a purpose.
