I bought a vest at the braderie in Lille at Stella Forest. Nice vest with broderie.
A lot of people in the shop, not easy to look at the mirror. No remark was made concerning the condition of the vest.

Once at home showing my vest I got the remark that there were stains on the back of the vest and I found some crumbs in one of the pockets.

I contacted the client service and the answers I got:
- [ ] It was ‘braderie’ so it’s ok to sell clothes with stains
- [ ] I was warned in the shop… NOT
- [ ] No goodwill even no proposition to a refund for cleaning

So I’m stuck with a vest that has been worn with stains… if I want to by second hand I go to the second hand shop. Even there clothes are clean.
Customer service finds it ok not to look for a happy ending and prefer this review

J'ai craqué pour la robe "Maryline". C'est un très beau modèle mais, malgré un 1er lavage doux avec lingette décolorante, le noir a entièrement déteint. J'ai mis la robe UNE FOIS. Je critique Shein pour sa qualité, mais que dire de Stella Forest...

24.7.2024. I bought a dress online.
The dress had a defect and I asked for a replacement.
Of course, I returned the dress at my own expense.
Until today, 16.9.2024. I didn't get a new dress or a refund.
