My chopping board arrived after a rather long wait one corner is sharp and only two worktop protectors inside emailed for a week to resolve the problem but still waiting a response

I am getting spammed relentlessly by sites that appear to be in America trying to sell me a Heather McCoo clock at 90% discount. The emails come from different (presumably fake) companies with different subjects and email addresses every time so it is impossible to unsubscribe or block the emails. Very annoying 😡

Such good value for the money. Ease of the purchase process was great, and really good quality. Arrived safely and very well packaged.

It was fast as usual delivered safely slightly late but that’s a issue the courier created great products as usual

I live in England and love to have a little bit of Scotland with me and I love the vibrancy of the cilours

I’ve had Steven brown pictures which are lovely and ordered place mats and one came damaged. Emailed Steven Brown, I sent them a photo and a replacement was sent immediately. Lovely placemats and replacement sent very quick, I would definitely recommend this company and the products

Dispit being well packaged envelope and calendar arrived torn.

One of my cups was delivered broken and my print was missing. Within a week I had a replacement . Thank you kindly for your prompt attention, much appreciated

Purchased print from you years ago and they were great. What isn’t great is the fact you’ve had a data breach and some hacker or other has stolen data from you relating to some of your former customers. I get regular spam emails from “you” offering me a Heather McCoo wooden clock at 90% off. These emails are relentless and so many people might believe them to be true.

Until you do something about it, I’d hope that nobody uses your website for purchases as they may well get scammed!

Sort but I have bought a lot of his products so I was so disappointed when my blanket arrived. It’s so thin and it’s certainly not fleece it’s like cheap wadding. Overlocked edges not finished off. Certainly not worth the price.

I bought some Christmas cards.Sadly they weren’t as vibrant colours as I have grown to love so I am disappointed.I worry that the quality of products is going down hill as my purchase before this wasn’t a great fit or gain vibrant colours

Just had my suitcase delivered and it is even nicer than I hoped for. This suitcase looks too nice to hand over to a baggage handler so train journeys only for this one. The artwork is fabulous and well worth waiting for as all items are made to order.
