Stevenson Memorials Opiniones

Excellent service from start to finish

From the very start of the memorial process, Dani at the Blackpool office made everything so easy for us. I initially enquired by email and, within just two emails, I had a drafted design featuring exactly the memorial stone I wanted.

Dani gave honest advice about the best techniques for the etching and lettering, with complete transparency around pricing throughout. The memorial stone was fitted just over three weeks from the date of order, which was incredibly quick.

As a family, we were absolutely blown away when we saw it. Visually, it is beautiful, and the quality and attention to detail are exceptional.

We were also given clear aftercare advice, a photograph following installation, and a courtesy call afterwards.

I genuinely cannot fault Dani or the team. They have been kind, empathetic and professional throughout what is such an emotional process, and they have created a memorial for my dad that our whole family is incredibly proud of.

Excellent service. After gravestone was felled they collected it, replaced the base and refurbished all the lettering. They then returned and replaced it on the grave site. Couldn't be more pleased with the excellent overall service and the quality of the refurbishment.
Thank you.

Repainted our headstone. Very pleased with results its like brand new again. I love it. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Daniel was very helpful and gave me a option of 3 images to have on a headstone.
I was given a quote for the work with no added extras at the end the work and this was carried out very quickly and the work completed was excellent
Very pleased with the work and the price was reasonable for the amount of work.

We used the services of Stevenson's for dealing with the inscription on my late Mother-in-law's gravestone recently. They had helped us previously when my Father-in-law passed back in 2005. We found them to be professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and respectful. Their communication was first class and their service could not have been better. The quality of their work is also very impressive. We would have no hesitation in using the company again. Thank you.

We had a memorial made for my brother on the family grave and Stevensons were brilliant from start to finish all the family really pleased with the finished job.would recommend very highly.

A superb, high quality service and product. The team were able to create and produce the requested memorial wedge in only a few days - in French too! - so we could collect and take it over to France. Highly recommended.

Spoke to Daniel to order my late brother's inscription on the BRFC centenary tower at Ewood Park. This was sorted within 3 days and looks great. Stevensons also made my other late brother's plaque a couple of months ago and the family were really pleased. The staff are very helpful and we would thoroughly recommend the stonemasons to anyone looking for a professional stonemason's service .

Excellent professional service.
Great communication and very quick.

From my first enquiry to the date my father’s headstone had been repainted and replaced back in its original position Stevensons were extremely helpful and communicative.

Extremely impressed with the end product and a first-class service was provided throughout.

Thanks to all involved

Stevenson Memorials provided an excellent service when I requested an additional inscription to an existing gravestone.
The stone was removed and the new details applied which matched the original lettering perfectly.
The gravestone was fitted back into position and the groundwork finished professionally.
I can certainly recommend this company

We have used this firm three times over the last few years. Including a headstone, tree plaque and a bench. We have found them trustworthy, helpful and happy to offer suggestions how best to get the desired end result. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they send you regular updates and prices. Thank you for helping our family

I found Stevenson memorials incredibly helpful in the process of identifying and refurbishing to a very high standard my fathers grave .I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

They were a pleasure to deal with, mostly dealt with Rhys who kept me informed and updated.
I had wanted a headstone for my grandparents grave as it was unmarked and the process went smoothly and more than satisfied with the result

Updated a headstone from 26 years ago, all information still on file. Very helpful with the additional information and wording. Very professional and would definitely recommend.

The service we received from Stephenson Memorials was excellent. We dealt with Rhys for the most part and he was very helpful and professional in all the dealings we had with him. He kept us updated at each step of the process, and was able to provide an AI generated view of the chosen inscription on our deceased relative's headstone, helping us to see how it would look when completed. The work was carried out to a high standard and in a very timely manner. We are very happy with the very neat result.

Fantastic customer service,
Very compassionate, very helpful in liasing with others to make the process as stress free as possible.

Thank you for your outstanding service and beautiful gravestone.
