Excellent customer service
Went in to look at mattresses, spoke to Chloe who was fab, she was really helpful not pushy and gave us time to have a look, excellent customer service would highly recommend, I ended up buying a bed as well.

Took payment and then could not supply
Took payment and then could not supply. They issued a refund but informed me their supplier could not supply the item. I ordered believing it was something they stocked. Very disappointing

Really friendly helpful staff, they don’t put any pressure on you in the showroom to purchase an item and let you browse at your leisure. We’ve used this store for years and have always rated their quality of products and customer service.

Very impressed with the number of staff for a Sunday. Chloe who helped us was very polite efficient and friendly. No rush for the sale but there to help.

Excellent service
We have been looking for a while to find a Kingsize bed, we visited the shop and Chloe was so helpful. The service and knowledge were excellent and we knew exactly what we wanted and they found us the base and headboard. (no mattress needed). The price was excellent value for money and we cannot wait to take delivery.

Great stock and lovely sales staff!
With a great selection of furniture and decorative furnishings to suit most budgets we have been coming back for 20years due to their excellent customer service.
Tessa was incredibly knowledgeable,helpful and attentive but was the least pushy salesperson we have dealt with in a long time, an absolute pleasure! We cannot wait for our new settee and will be back!

Good experience
Visited Stevensons Furniture twice to look at a recliner sofa. Was attended to by Dave who remembered my friend and I had been in the store before. Was very helpful, informative and patient, I didn't feel rushed at all while making a decision.
