Cannot fault the price of the skip and delivery would highly recommend and use again

Terrible service. Ordered a skip online and 7 days later it’s still not been delivered. I have spoke to them multiple times this week and they are telling me they can’t find my order despite them taking my money. I have asked for a refund and they’re still refusing. Avoid at all costs.

Booked skip for today until Monday. Waited for it and it was not delivered. Phoned and they said it was their mistake and could only get me a skip on Monday. I asked whether I would receive a partial refund, they said no, asked if I could have a larger skip for fewer days for same price, they said no.
Unreliable and inflexible !!!

Website easy enough to use but once booked I don’t get a confirmation that the booking was successful. Had to phone to confirm it. On the day of the booking the skip arrived just before 4pm, so almost a full day paid for that I didn’t have the skip for, I phoned for an ETA and the staff member, while very polite and helpful was not able to give me any sort of ETA whatsoever. But, it did arrive and the delivery driver was very helpful and efficient.

Great service. Had my skip delivered nice and early and exactly where I wanted it on the correct day and was also picked up nice and early on the day I requested too! Top notch service and will definitely use them again in the near future.

I booked a skip with Stevenson Skip Hire and was given a clear delivery date, but it never arrived . They contacted me to delay for another day. Next day we had to call the back for them to say, they still dont have a skip aviable and it will be the day after. The delay caused a lot of inconvenience to my project. Poor communication and unreliable service — I won’t be using the again

Incorrect prices advertised on website for every size skip. They then asked me to pay extra after id booked as price was wrong. Dont book based on the price you see online.

Called three times to confirm for them to finally tell me two hours before they were due to deliver that they don’t have any skips available. Hopeless!

Appalling service. Ordered a skip over a week ago for delivery on a Friday. They phoned at 10.45am on the day of delivery to say they couldn't provide a skip until the following Monday. Keep in mind, they'll charge you £80 if you cancel their skip but if they change anything, even at the last minute, you'll just have to accept it. Also note that the 03300 number seems to be a general number so the links in their emails take you to a different named company.

EDIT: Received my credit card statement today (20th Oct) only to discover that they didn't even bother processing the refund after they cancelled the skip. Use this company at your peril.
