No call back, I understand things are not good at the moment but the staff should say we are not able to take orders not promise to call back

Purchased a new bike, informed staff, no pressure, offer of trial / test-ride, really good deal, and efficient/fast shipping (even carrier handled damage to box well managed and recorded). Would trust.

Just made another purchase from Stif and yet again they proved they have the technical knowledge and great customer service that always make me think of them first. Sometimes you'll pay more than the internet warehouses cost.......but you get more :)
Emergency repair needed!
On a cycle tour and desperately needed a new brake cable. Stif Cycles was the nearest Cycle Shop but 3 miles away. They offered to drive over, collect me and the bike, take to their shop for repair - and for me to cycle back.
While there they then proceeded to replace the other cable too (and not charge for it). An excellent Team, really interesting store and superb service!
Highly recommend Stiff, excellent staff
Each time we have visited Stiff the staff have been fantastic, after ordering a bike last week we have just been to collect it today. We have come all the way from Sheffield and and it's always worth the miles. I would highly recommend coming here.
Picked up a Santa Cruz Hightower…
Picked up a Santa Cruz Hightower yesterday (long time coming after the Ubyk sham!) Guys in the shop were very friendly & welcoming. First thing they did was knock me a brew up.. very knowledgeable bunch & went the extra mile. I live a 2-ish hour drive from the shop & would have no trouble jumping in the car to buy some dust caps..

I have dealt with Stiff a few times for biking bits in the past without an issue.
I recently contacted them to see if they could source me a spare part that is no longer available from Santa Cruz.
This part would retail for about £5, they spent considerable energy over a few weeks trying to source one for me. This was totally out of their remit and finally they got me a second hand one. They merely charged me postage in the end which deserves much praise as they could easily have charged me £10 +.
So they have spent hours on something they were never going to benefit from!!! What more can I say!?
I will definitely be trying to put more orders their way and hope that this review encourages others to do so.

A good company is one who has the ability to manage it's customers expectations, this one I'm afraid can't even demonstrate the basic principles of customer care. Rude, obnoxious shop manager.... One to avoid.
