Kvaliteten af min nye dyre kasket er værre end en billig flexfit fra en sportsbutik. Købte ellers en fin Ventile Midnight, som skulle være "vandtæt" og mere holdbar ift. vind og vejr, men den blev grim af almindelig brug i tørvejr 2. gang jeg gik med den.
At jeg er skaldet og kasketten røre direkte ved min hud, bør ikke være grunden til at kasketten bliver så hurtigt grim. Den holder ydermere ikke facon efter lidt brug, ved godt der ikke er stivere i den, som en baseball cap, men den minder ingenlunde om det udtryk og design den sælges som.
Deres kundeservice er ikke vendt tilbage efter jeg skrev ugen efter modtagelse af ordren..

The cap finally arrived after almost 3 weeks. And they didn’t send it to my door.
The cap is ok, but almost € 70? Why?
Why did I fell into the trap

I purchased a Blue cap and after the 2nd time of wearing the cap started to change colour due to sweat from my head. I wrote to Stiksen and they replaced the cap but the same thing happened with the second cap. It's a shame as the cap fits well and I like the shape/style but unfortunately it seems there is an issue with the quality of the dye they use. I can see others have suffered the same issue.

I received the forest & white cap from Sweden (to Holland) within a couple of days. Perfect cap, good quality, fits well (the dad cap). I will order from them again.

Overall, the hat has great style, fit, and initial quality. However, after just a few months of wear, it developed brown stains—possibly from sweat, sun exposure, or both. I tried hand-washing it twice and even used a color recovery product, but nothing worked.

Customer support was responsive, but unfortunately, they couldn’t offer a solution. For this price, I wouldn’t buy here again.

Received a white/blue cap a month ago, the blue bleeds into the white and the colors start to turn brown from the sun, rubbish quality.

Try to write the same review on their own website but it doesn't go through.

Don’t order from this company if you are in the UK
It takes ages to receive your order and if you need to send it back it’s a nightmare.
They have a separate warehouse team who are useless to say the least.
Avoid
