Every suncatcher is personalized from a photo of your pet. You see a preview of your design before you order, and our team keeps working with you until the portrait feels right. Each piece is made to order, printed on glass, and shipped to your door in the United States. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge. It took considerably longer to receive…

It took considerably longer to receive than I was told. I was unable to make contact by either replying to your email or by trying to send a new email using your email address. I eventually assumed I had been scammed. I did eventually receive it and was delighted with the product. It is unfortunate that I had a bad experience before being completely satisfied with what I received.

Amazing gift!

It looks exactly like our best boy Sparky. It is a birthday present for my son (Sparky’s Dad) and it got here in right in time for his birthday next week. I love it and can’t wait to give it to him! Thank you!
