The main reason I ordered from the…

The main reason I ordered from the company is because I found some bottles that I was looking for. The second reason is because they advertise a purchase amount for which they deliver freely to the United States.
Order was superior than advertised.
Someone from financial did send an invoice for 10% of my order saying either you pay or we cancel your order.
Kind of unprofessional to my taste. Something like this never happened with Hard to Find Whisky. Received order from Hard to find whisky 2weeks ago
They provided a tracking # that was stucked in California for a week. Order has been delivered today.

Hi Carl,

Thanks for your feedback, although I am disappointed to hear that you found the service unprofessional.

As mentioned in my email to you on 11th April, the 10% invoice related to the new US trade tariffs which are currently in place. Unfortunately, while we work on incorporating this into our checkout system, these tariffs have to be manually invoiced.

With regard to delivery time, I can see your order was delivered yesterday (28th April), 3 weeks after placing your order. As per our website it can take up to 5 weeks for US shipments to arrive due to the various import regulations and clearance processes that alcohol has to go through to enter the United States.

If I can help with, or clarify, anything else for you please do not hesitate to get in touch.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Buyer beware. I purchased a rye that I was immensely excited about in March. After submitting the purchase, I ended up following up with an email on March 13 about the status of my order. I got a responses that the item can take few a week 5 weeks but it usually is delivered within 3. So like anyone I waited and waited. Yes, fast forward to April 4, I had to follow up with another email inquiring my status of my order. I officially have lost confidence with this purchase and company. I did not expect to have to follow up again. I expected the Still Spirits to reach out if ANYTHING has happened to my order due to damages or mishap. I belive this is a reasonable expectation for anyone after almost a month. To my surprise..... Or not, I was informed that my order was damaged and they did not hiw it was damaged but would follow up? Again, why do I have to have email you for a response to my order for something that should have been completed. So I replied back requesting a direct refund. I did not expect a response with a delay since I never RECEIVED my order! On April 8, Still Spirit official response to my refund request was that my refund will take up to 7-10 days. April 22, guess who had to follow up with another email??? ME!!!! Not STILL SPIRITS? ME!!!. Since my last email, I have still have not received my FULL refund returned or the product delivered. Another email response of my funds will be refunded. AGAIN, WHERE AND WHEN? So to any unfortunate company or person interested in purchasing ANYTHING from this company. DONT!!!!!! I would implore you to go somewhere else. Also to anyone that has to deal with someone named Rebecca and Erin, You are never going to get a timely response to your questions and might try your luck with Google, chatgbt, or even a church. You will get a better and faster response. I normally do write responses or give reviews but as a person who works in customer service & logistics. This by far the worst experience i have ever have. PERIOD!

Thanks for sharing your feedback and I am very sorry to hear you were disappointed. I can see the refund has been processed and my apologies this has taken a few days longer than the 7-10 days mentioned. It seems there were two separate conversations going on, 1 regarding a return and the other regarding a refund which has perhaps confused things.

Quick dispatch

Quick dispatch, less than 24hrs from ordering, unfortunately Parcel Post delivered to a completely different address with photograph showing their incompetence. As this has happened frequently before with Parcel Force I informed Beca and we chased the issue. Whisky was left outside my apartment block the following Tuesday and luckily a neighbour brought parcel in and brought to my door. Beca was most helpful throughout with correspondence via emails. Certainly has not put me off using SS in future. Parcel Force hopefully not.

A+ All the Way

Wow! What a great first experience with Still Spirit! Immaculately packed and everything was top notch in the 11 bottle order. Will definitely buy from again and look forward to seeing more fantastic bottles that we can’t get here in the US.

Sorry to hear you were not aware of import taxes / duties being payable when shipping internationally. Still Spirit do not control import duties and taxes, these are controlled by your local government.

We make every effort to highlight that buyers should be aware of any local customs / duties laws in their respective shipping country prior to purchasing goods on our website.

I put the wrong credit, and i would like to change the credit card. So i emailed the salesperson, but got rejected. You should be flexible with payment, and switch credit cards
