Excellent engineer (Dan) both technically and as a person

Excellent service from the team at Stocks as always! From everyone in the office to the engineers themselves, very helpful and knowledgable on the ZSK machines. Highly recommend!

Came promptly and sorted problem

Great company. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Machine got delivered and installed on time and to perfection. The engineer Dan is top notch and will do anything in his power to help. Such an easy smooth process.

From the first phone call they went all out to help. Collection and delivery back was exactly when they said. The engineer was polite and really helpful. I can’t fault any thing about my dealings with them and would recommend them to anyone needing help with their machine

Ordered some parts from stocks they sent the wrong parts which i had sent a photo of what I wanted ,and they sent out totally wrong parts now they are paying me back £3 pounds out off £21 pounds very poor show I will definitely not be sending any customers to this dodgy company, plus I paid to return them the parts which cost me a further £. Pounds so total £29 pounds out of pocket good bye con artists poor show

I can't fault Stocks Sewing Machines. From browsing to ordering to delivery, everything has been an absolute breeze, and they have been a pleasure to deal with. I will absolutely be using Stocks again for any of my embroidering needs.
