I found the tiles I was looking for at Stone Traders and at a great price. I also really liked the fact that I could buy them and that they could then hold onto them for me for when I was ready to have them delivered at my convenience.

Lovely team behind a great product - we've used stone traders twice now and can only say good things. very flexible with help and if needed extra slabs etc last minute. Would use again :)

Good quality stone - able to buy in m2 so no waste. Delivery price steep, but evened out with stone pricing.

Website said product was in stock. Ordered the product arranged time off to carry out the build only to receive a phone call the day before delivery to say the product was not in stock and there would be a two week delay.

I order slabs for few days delivery but I needed them earlier, they listened and changed the delivery to next day without additional charges.

Give the customer what they payed for not take the money the tell them they haven't got the product you ordered unless you pay a lot more on top!

I preyed extra money for next day delivery. But delivery come after 4 days.

Excellent all round, from first telephone contact to ordering, admin, pricing etc to final delivery, all in a matter of a few days. Our sandstone slabs were delivered yesterday on time, with a very helpful contract delivery guy. All slabs are in pallets and look in good order. Its stone so we expect there may be some minor damage, no issues with that.

Only ordered some samples so far but they seem to be good quality items and the delivery and correspondence have both been good so far

All was fine until the lorry turned up the bigger pallet was too big for the driver to load onto the mover my neighbour stepped in to assist otherwise he would have got it off the lorry.

Mostly everything was good, communication re delivery excellent. The only problem was that one of the 15 slabs was broken. Although I could see the odd bits on the pallet somehow I miscounted the number of whole slabs while the guy was delivering them so I didn't realise this until he was gone. I did order a couple of extra slabs anyway so hopefully I'll be OK.

Great value for moeny and super speedy delivery. Will order again
