Good service but it said it was going to arrive on one day at 17.20-19.20 & didn’t turn up till next day, stayed indoors for nothing.

I contacted this company to ask some questions about some of the stones the offerend and the company was quick to answer my text and offered lots of advice. I was scheduled to visit the warehouse in Hook, but on the day of my visit, the company proactively told there was an issue at the warehouse and it would be closed. They offered to send me some free samples of the stones I was interrested it. These arrived Next day, and I then ordered the quantity I required, which again arrived next day. In all the communication I have had with this company they have always be quick and courteous with replying to me. I cannot recommend them anymore highly.

This is my first time purchasing from this company & I must say I’m really happy I chose them . The large cobble stones I bought are simply beautiful & they’re going to look absolutely stunning in my pond . I only ordered them yesterday afternoon & they arrived today , I also must pass compliment to the DX courier service they use because the guy was incredibly polite & he even popped my order next to my rear gate for us so we had less of a struggle getting them in . The shipping was free & the stones I wanted had 10% off which was a bonus . I’ll definitely buy again & I’ll be recommending them to friends & family .

I like the stones I want to buy, I like the response to my questions, I don’t like the fact they are out of stock with no knowledge of when they'll be back in stock. I’ll go somewhere else.
