Chris was extremely helpful in assisting with getting into our storage locker, since we had so much trouble with keys. Would have appreciated a small table outside to sort things on.

Great customer service.
Your staff member that afternoon made our experience great.
Although she had several customers to deal with she was efficient, helpful in us doing the quite demanding application late in the day and gave great customer service around.
On a Friday arvo before a public holiday weekend she helped us do a last minute entry and then went the extra mile to stay late to help resolve a lift issue to enable us to action our move that day. Without that immediate access we would have had to find already hard to find accommodation for the public holiday.
