When I asked staff member about the traffic and when is the best time to avoid the busy period. I was answered in a way that I could feel comfortable about visiting my storage.

Their customer service is outstanding, nothing is ever to much trouble and they will always try and solve the problem you have.

Arranging storage here and dealing with the staff was excellent, nice and friendly who explained all that is involved in this task. Made things so much simpler.

Excellent service, great facilities and easy process to get in and out of the storage space.

The Friendly helpful staff, it was hot the day I arrived and a second time I had an issue with the gate. I was offered a cold bottle of water. Both times. On my original visit, the Staff member was excelled in her kindness and help of setting up the storage unit.
The hours I’m able to take items to the storage unit, are fantastic, giving me time to do things at night when it’s cooler. All in all A great facility and excellent staff.

Gianna went above and beyond to provide us with a A1 level of Customer Service for storing our Caravan - highly recommend Storage King at Mount Gravatt!!
