Good structure of the business. They have all it takes to get it done for customers

Everything went very smooth with great customer service.

I was very happy with the service i received both by phone and in person.

Expensive, there is no insulation so if your storage is upstairs you will experience extreme hot and cold during summer or winter months.

Only 2 lifts and can be a slow painful process waiting for them.

Toilets closed on weekends and non office hours so good luck when your busting and busy.

No night accsess, if your strapped for time and the gates lock expect an expensive overcharge.

If your desperate and only need to access during week days work hours and on bottom level.... You should be fine.

Jesse at the Mickleham Rd in Gladstone Park facility has been just fantastic - everything was arranged and inductions completed so seamlessly. He is an asset to the business!

Angela at Tullamarine branch was amazing from signing up to the time I collected my possessions.
She made the whole transition experience hassle free for me she was friendly and nothing was to much trouble!

The people in the office explained everything to me before i signed and made sure i understood everything, and also took me to look at the room i was getting.
they also said if i need to know anything else to go and see them.

Moved to Storage King recently. Good location for the work needed. Easy enough to setup and layout was good for driveway storage. Induction and staff were easy to work with. Only 2 interaction could be improved. Accounting, they wouldn't give the keys until upfront payment was made. Businesses do 30 day usually. This was ok from 2nd month but not first.
It should have been explained early on so I didn't have to place unnecessary pressure on other team members. I could have had this managed if this was explained early on.

Video survey if the location. It would be good to have a video of the site instead of having to go there

It's not 24/7. This isn't a huge issue for our circumstances but other storage units are. Storage King asks for more money per month.

Also every little thing is more money. Not keying out, calling security etc etc. So I can't say it's value for money but it's alright. I'd give 3.5⭐

Staff (Jesse and Angela) extremely helpful and couldn't fault the system and the service.

For me, my experience with Storage King in Tullamarine was the least stressful part of moving house. The Office staff are amazing and made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. They assisted with the best unit for my needs, helped me through the application process plus took extra time to explain and show me around the facility. Although initially hesitant about an upstairs unit, the lift and large trolleys provided made it easy and I feel that my home contents are secure. As someone doing this alone, it was such a relief to deal with these friendly people. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The staff have been friendly and helpful.. I especially want to thank Jesse as he has helped me so much.. nothing has been to much trouble for him. Jesse is always smiling, interested and above all kind. The unit is perfect for me, it was clean and in very good condition. 👍

Storage King Tullamarine were very helpful and accomadating on the day we had to upgrade our unit and it was no hassel for them to find us a bigger unit.
