Grateful to amazing Office Staff
For me, my experience with Storage King in Tullamarine was the least stressful part of moving house. The Office staff are amazing and made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. They assisted with the best unit for my needs, helped me through the application process plus took extra time to explain and show me around the facility. Although initially hesitant about an upstairs unit, the lift and large trolleys provided made it easy and I feel that my home contents are secure. As someone doing this alone, it was such a relief to deal with these friendly people. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very happy experience
The staff have been friendly and helpful.. I especially want to thank Jesse as he has helped me so much.. nothing has been to much trouble for him. Jesse is always smiling, interested and above all kind. The unit is perfect for me, it was clean and in very good condition. 👍

Convenient and secure
Excellent quality newish storage facility located close to the motorway. Very secure with goods lifts available to the first floor.

The storage facility is not safe proof…
The storage facility is not safe proof enough from break ins, I had storage for 1 week when I was robbed. There was little they could do to prevent it from happening again. There had even said that it happens from time to time & even know how the thieves operate. The company is not prepared to take appropriate measures to protect the facility by highering security to stop thieves from coming at night when the customers can't.
