Order delayed complete lack of empathy …
I ordered my Daughter a LFC home shirt on the 2nd August, Personalised, I was informed there was a delay & it would be with me by the 15th August, It has still to arrive, It’s my Daughters birthday in a weeks time & at this moment it appears her main present will not arrive. How do you explain that to a 7-year old. I emailed LFC to explain the situation, but there reply was unsatisfactory and of no help. I’m so angry & upset. And wished I purchased elsewhere. I won’t be purchasing again
Update; Shirt delivered today 20/08. Just in time thankfully. I was also given 15% discount to use in store at a later date. I just wish communication was a bit better from the beginning. I only wanted Salah on the back of the shirt. So should have been available on the 2nd August.

Unable to wear my shirt for the first game of the season, and felt I was unable to properly pay my tributes to Jota for this game due to the incompetence of the LFC store.
Communication via LFC is nonexistent via chat, or email.
The way that Liverpool football club have handled this kit launch is nothing short of a sheer embarrassment.
And they wonder why people go and buy fake kits from China… 🇨🇳

What a shower of poo, ordered 2 shirts on the 02/08 after adidas messed up my order , had one update saying there was a small delay but since then nothing from then, it’s now the 15/08 and no updates , nothing on the customer update form , can’t contact them or call . Also no refund options so what can I do , basically I’ve been scammed by LFC !!!
Will never buy another official product again and will instead buy the fakes as the club simply do deserve your hard earned money . Please sort this LFC
Extremely frustrating experience with delayed order and poor communication
I placed my order for a personalised LFC jersey on release day (1 August), expecting prompt dispatch. It has now been over 14 days and I still have not received a tracking number. Every time I follow up, I’m told it’s “still processing” with no clear timeframe for delivery.
I’ve been left waiting with no meaningful updates.
The lack of proactive communication and the inability to fulfil orders in a reasonable timeframe while still heavily promoting new sales is very disappointing for an official club store. I hope they address these issues and improve transparency with their customers.

Spent £350 on new kits on 1st August 2 weeks later still waiting !!! Order still showing as processing customer service is a joke they try and fob you off it’s an embarrassment if they had been honest about delivery times I wouldn’t of bothered with them and won’t be again I’ve asked for money back but guess what .. no reply !!! It’s disgusting and embarrassing for the club shop !!!!

Ordered some new kits on the 8th said it would be here today by the latest (15th) and I haven’t even received any updates since the first confirmation email. I’ve tracked the parcel and it’s not even been processed yet?
Really disappointing as i ordered them ready for the first game of the season. I understand the new kits have done record breaking numbers but be more honest and realistic about the delivery date if that’s the case.
Not the service you want when you are spending over £280 quid. I’ve you are charging £128 for premium tops make sure they have premium delivery to go with it as it’s already having my eyes out probably cost £2 to make.

New kit launch disaster, delays after delays, they need to employ more people and maybe some more warehouses! Can’t cancel order which is a joke, adidas will ship you the kit out within a few days! Lfc store is taking weeks! Not good enough for a mayor football club

Ordered on 1st of August and it arrived today on 12th ...still thats fine
Only to find out they are ripping us off as the price on jersey is £85 and they sell it for £121.
I was unable to cancel this order on the same day even though it took it almost 2 weeks to arrive. I wanted the personalised one which I now also ordered on that same day, as it is a present for my husband. That one was £136 and still hasn't arrived.
For this price both of them should be with me within hours !
I was told I MAY be able to return it.
This was my first and last time buying anything from Liverpool site.
Woven polyester new kit isn’t durable
The woven polyester on this new shirt pulls and catches on the slighty thing we had the top one day and it’s got a hole in it.£85 for a days wear.
It’s lovely and light weight but for a teen to ply football in it will be trashed in a week.

Items missing in transit and did not refund postage costs for items I never received. Unable to reprocess order as now different kit supplier. If they use Evri for delivery they can expect to be held accountable for missing items!
Launch day online disaster
Went to order items today on the new launch date added in a jacket 100 euro it said add something for 20 euro more for free delivery, so added in a match programme and a coin collection, then it still was charging for delivery. It then said parts of the order might come at different times. Glad I checked the online reviews and backed out. I'll head into town to the Liverpool store in person to see can I get it if not I won't bother. Underwhelming experience overall on launch day from the online store.

LFC store staff could not get any more rude. One member gobbed off on my Autistic son as he had a meltdown as went to pay for a basket full of LFC items to he told it was card payment only.
This particular person said and I quote there’s signs around the store saying it’s card payments only.
Yeah love that’s helpful we can see the signs from our house 15 miles away. Not…. Disgusting attitudes 1 member was very helpful. Not only wasted our time and 50 quid in taxi expenses, but have a very upset son. Thanks for that LFC store…. Absolute joke. LFC need to address attitudes from your sales team. Only 1 member of staff had social skills. Very annoyed at the disgusting attitude, you’re a disgrace to Liverpool and the club.

Brilliant! I’m so happy with my purchase. Huge discounts with authentic items. Before purchasing I had checked the reviews; i was hesitant but then i decided to go for it by choosing PayPal as my payment method as it is easy to get my money back in case it turned to be a scam. But hey, it was real and so good purchase! Delivery is in a week only and the discounts are amazing deal! Highly recommended. Imagine getting these genuine kits at this big discount! The only thing is sizing which is like a gambling. Luckily all went well with me👍

“Help” centre not helpful at all, not one person in the contact centre knows anything in relation to consumer contract law and the consumer rights act, hopefully if you’re silly enough to use this store nothing goes wrong, as trying to rectify it is impossible, they also supply shoddy substandard merchandise, special mention to Joanne E in customer “support” who repeats herself time and time again with actually answering your questions or bringing your attention to any regulation that backs up her preposterous stance, a true failure as it relates to customer care, they believe internal processes supersede uk contract law, an embarrassment to the club they represent.

Absolutely shambolic and an embarrassment to the club. Ordered kids hoodies on 13th May. Notification from courier three days later that they had it, things were looking good. Courier ends up returning to sender as issue with address. Fair enough that's on the courier can't blame lfc store for that. But everything after that has been a farce. Still haven't received my order 7 weeks later and being told lie after lie from the 'customer service'. Offered a refund but I am so annoyed at this stage I won't give them the satisfaction. Sort it out lfc. The supporters deserve better.

Placed my order third of may and still waiting. Some dude, Andy, replied to couple of my mails and claimed delivery company. Now he doesn't reply anymore.

100 % scam. My order from march hasn’t arrived and the guys at the “helpdesk” are not helpful at all. Maybe cheaper than the official store but you won’t receive what you purchase.
Awful Customer Experience
My experience with the site is similar to those recorded here - dreadful. I was successful with 1 in 3 orders due to various issues. And when I contacted them for help it was always my fault - they can't seem to fathom that when the experience you provide is materially worse than the average internet shopping experience there might be room for improvement. All it would have needed was a simple email informing me there had been a problem - which I was the first to acknowledge wasn't their fault - rather than having to go online and use the chat and email options to hunt down what was going on by which time the items were out of stock. I can even accept if that isn't possible due to shoddy systems - apparently although they have your email address they cannot use it to contact you - but showing some sympathy at a customer's natural disappointment would go a long away. That's often the difference between keeping a customer and losing one. And this is the upgraded experience so it ain't getting better any time soon.
Can’t cancel order!
Ordered LFC Champions t-shirt and Hoodie & Cap at the start of May expecting it to arrive before the parade (as nowhere, where did it say it wouldn’t) Cap was dispatched within 3-4 days but 5 weeks later, still no Champions T shirt or Hoodie. When I contacted support two weeks ago, I was told it would be dispatched last week, guess what still hasn’t been dispatched. They are also saying I can’t even cancel the order for a refund and I have to refuse delivery! My delivery is being taken to a drop-off location for me to pick up later so I’m going to have to wait for the parcel courier to pick it back up, send back to hopefully get the refund.
It is so bad that I spent over £100 on 3 items, but only received 1.
Don’t think I’ve ever ordered from the LFC shop Prior to this, but I tell you what I wouldn’t be in a rush to order from them again
