Item never arrived

I was given a delivery date of my Champions shirt of the 19th-22nd of May. Was then told that it would be delayed because of high volume of orders, then because it was personalised it would be delayed, and then because I didn't pay postage (even though it's free with orders over £80). Finally on the 23rd of May I was told that my order was ready to collect by UPS. UPS have never collected the order.

Deeply disappointed as this was ordered well on time for my birthday/lifting the trophy.

Very poor

For a big club this store is very poor. Last year I ordered a glass that they packed in a plastic bag. It was smashed to pieces when it arrived. This month (may 25) I ordered a champions t-shirt that had letters missing. I returned both items but they don't refund postage, only the cost of the item.

Liverpool store …

Placed two orders for the champions tops when they were released after winning the league nearly three weeks ago. I received one order a week ago and the other order still isn’t processed. Just get fobbed off saying there is huge demand and it might be dispatched next week nearly four weeks after ordering. Just not good enough

Both app and online store is not working.
I have missed out on to champions shirts now. Either I can’t pay when trying nor can’t place the order.

When telling them the problem they just say there is a big demand but that doesn’t seem like the problem

Glitch with hyphenated surnames

Ordered a top for my son's birthday. Glitch on the website meant that the green top wouldn't print a hyphenated name so the name on the photo showing you what you will get is not what they print. It's been weeks, I'm down £50 and just been told to wait for refund which they kindly agreed I could have just this once like it was a special treat. I've probably saved them thousands by noticing this issue with their website but it took many, many back and forth emails before they even believed me. Disgusted and like banging my head against a brick wall.

J ai passer commande et toujours rien reçu j ai demandé une enquête via le service d envoi UPS qui m'ont juste répondu de contacter le site où j ai commandé alors que mon colis est un cadeau d anniversaire et que y en a pour un certain coût . Dégoûtée j espère être remboursée ou qu'il vont me renvoyer l article. Mais pour le moment il sont zéro comme note alors que j aurai dû être livré le 5 avril et toujours rien

Supporter Services what a Joke of a department.
This site HIDES the sizes of the item placed in the cart under a details button. Click the button only detail is the size! What is the point? I found out the hard way. This is so you can't prove what size you ordered. I screenshot all orders I place over the web. I clicked and ordered using the site filters check mens, check 3XL, check polo. Results shown 3XL polo shirt Teal added to cart. I received a 3XS which is a size that doesn't exist where I live after a mens S is boys XL. I sent the email, they requested photo, sent photo. They replied with a photo of a packing list which matched what they sent. I asked to see my order not the packing list. They can't because there are no sizes shown on your order, convenient. So I must have ordered the wrong size because of their packing list photo. Sent simple follow up reply asking if they were planning on sending a 3XL for exchange if it is in stock and if it was coming with expedited shipping since I already paid. I received instant condescending response saying maybe I should have double checked before clicking purchase. 1/22/25 4th response and still haven't received an answered if it is an exchange or refund. So no useful customer service just pay to send it back and wait?? I'm a Premier Member of LPFC 24/25, which also means nothing to them. So if you're just a customer at the online shop don't expect any help at all, if this is how they treat paid members. I even offered to exchange the item in person. So good luck, I will only ever purchase items from LFC store no more clothing,

Awful

The checkout/website/app is just about the worst I’ve encountered. I experienced a fault when checking out. I was then made to re-enter and change my password 4 times to try and sort it out and place an order and ended up with a duplicate order through no fault of my own (Note: I regard myself as IT savvy) When I attempted to remedy this with customer services, it took a total of 18 messages to get my refund. In short, pathetic. Major improvements needed.

Product never came!

I had ordered a Virgil Van Dijk customisable home kit for my father’s birthday at a price of £119. This was on the 17th December 2024. Latest expected delivery date was 24th December. By the 26th I had no top and nothing to give on father’s birthday. So I contacted the support team on the 27th and they said it was lost in transit. That I could either request a re dispatch or get a refund. I opted for a re dispatch because I still wanted to give him a late birthday present. Then on the 29th, I had received an email saying that I would get a refund. So they just didn’t listen to what I wanted. Now if I wanted to re order I would have to pay £22 more which is just absurd! Overall it was a terrible experience!

Terrible customer service

To start with their single sign on doesn't work for me. This has been an issue for a number of years. So, logging into the shop in the first place is a challenge.

As a part of my order I ordered a poster. This turned up (late - so missed my son's birthday) crinkled. I contacted customer service who took ages coming back to me. They offered me a replacement or a refund. I unfortunately went for a replacement which never turned up....not even in time for Xmas.

Shocking - when you consider how much money I pour into games and kit... LFC 's shop is terrible.

I won't be using them again.

As a Liverpool fan

As a Liverpool fan, I shame!!!! I ordered my husband a LFC shirt for Xmas due to his weight loss. £80!!!!!!!! So ordered that on 6th dec, on the 13th I got an email to say it’s packed etc. the status hasn’t changed - even with Evri! I am fuming and will be cancelling.
Sort it out LFC it’s nearly 2025 and you can’t handle a busy period

ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICES

I would not recommend anybody to buy from their online shop. I had a problem and like the other customers on here couldn’t get a response from anybody despite trying. I had too open a case with Paypal and LFC didn’t answer until the last minute before the case would have been closed in my favour. It has been nearly 2 weeks and now I have no Christmas presents to give for Christmas. It is absolutely crazy how this store is failing the club’s supporters so badly. They would be better to just sell all the club merchandise on Amazon and let them deal with all of it.

I have not received my order

I ordered a child's kit on the 24th of November. It is now the 16th of December I have sent several emails an have tried numerous times to get in touch not a word back from anyone. So no order and no reply from anyone. Definitely wouldn't order agin

So bad cannot believe how bad this site is, so confusing to try an get a refund had to open multiple different pages to get to a email page.
No phone number.
Lost my package three weeks ago a didn't contact me at all just an awful experience.

An embarrassment to the club

It is so disappointing that the LFC store app is so bad. Every single aspect of it is dreadful. Links don't work; Weird cryptic messages pop up constantly;orders can't be tracked; it crashes; you have to rest your password constantly. The worst possible shopping experience. It's an embarrassment to the club and someone needs to get a grip quickly. Come on Liverpool surely you have the resources to run a decent online store so fans can buy gifts at Christmas. Absolutely awful.

I would give it zero stars

I would give it zero stars, avoid this. I placed an order for a kids top last night, I went to the basket to pay and the site crashed. It told me the basket was empty. So I started over again. It told me the price of the top and so I put in my card details. When the confirmation came through they had charged me twice. I immediately contacted them but they said that I couldn’t cancel the order as it goes to their print team. They must be able to contact their print team as the order had not been processed and this was their system error. They said I should raise a complaint but I know by the time they pick that up they will say there is nothing they can do as it will be processed by then. This company is a complete joke. It was their system error. The customer helpline doesn’t help. It is impossible to contact anyone. AVOID.
