I'm waiting 7 days for a reshipment and unprofessional customer support
I mistakenly typed in a wrongs name in the adress, so the package was returned to RugOne. Its been now 7 days since they received the package, and I dont have any information when they will send it out again because "they need to process it". I guess putting on a new label takes more than 5 work days.
Oh and a standard reshipment fee, and also return fee is 21€ or 25$ which is ridiculous pricing since postage normally costs less than half of what they are asking. For this amount of money Ikea will deliver furniture to your house.
Obviously, when the package was returned due to my fault, so I needed to pay a second reshipment fee. This is how the terms and conditions specify it...
It's now 13 days since I placed the order and I hope I recieve it eventaully, but it's still very irritating that they take such a long time to reship a simple order.
PS: I live in the same country as their warehouse so there is no international postage involved here haha I see on thr dhl tracking when it was delivered to their warehouse.
In addition the customer support forgets to delete the "(insert customer name here)" comment from their ai agent and does not review the text from ai. This results in stupid messages not helping the issue, asking the same question multiple times. Due to this the customer support sugested that I paypal them the 21€ for a reshipment fee to "paypal(at)company.com" and send them a screenshot as proof. This is just unprofessional and ridiculous.
