Commande non respectée

Frigo acheté le 03.12.25 avec installation (changement de sens de porte et connecion). J'ai reçu le frigo en livraison simple,alors que j'ai payé 60€ de frais d'installation.
J'ai essayé de les contacter, mais l'aide s'arrête à leur intermédiaire. Samsung n'est pas contactable. Et ils ne répondent pas aux demandes faites à leurs intermédiaires.
A noter que depuis, je n'ai pas de frigo fonctionnel (car non installé et donc non branché.. ) galère de vivre sans frigo... ça m'a coûté 738€ pour... rien
Bref du vol organisé.

Samsung never again

Had a Galaxy A14,screen went blank and would not display,it would still power up receive text and everything else it just wouldn't display it. I knew it was out of warranty. I went to the Samsung website and was unable to use it. When I clicked on a link; i.e. request for repair it would jump back and forth, Finally gave up and attempted calling using the number shown. Could not complete number as dialed on both cell phone and landline.
Finally got thru on the website chat line and then the nightmare started. Explained to the girl what was wrong,she kept telling me to try different things and I had to tell her over and over again that I couldn't do what she suggested because the screen would not display. Finally had enough,disconnected and went back in to talk to a different person. Total time approx 3hrs to get a repair request completed. Another 20 min to pay $76.?? for the repair with a credit card but they would send me a shipping box with postage paid. .
Nightmare still not over sent, they received and inspected came back saying that display screen was subject to water damage and wanted $96.?? to replace and repair. The service ticket also said that it would not power up; also not true. They are at this point considered fraudsters by me, if it was water damaged it was at their service center. refused to pay the $96.?? and had it returned unrepaired. When I opened the box the screen protector was cracked in multiple places, and I mean multiple.
While I had bought A16 same day as A14 broke, I was unable to transfer contacts and other because of inability to see display and lost alot plus pictures in the gallery. Sent the A14 for repair to keep as spare if A16 got damaged.
Bottom line if A16 goes bad will not purchase Samsung smart phone and for that matter other Samsung products given the difficulty simply returning it for repair. Think of the problems if had been a refrig or washer or dryer.
Another company that has gone to the dark side.

Milking for Money

On August 17th 2024 I purchased a Samsung A9+ tablet for my mom. She used it fine until about a month ago. It stopped charging. I contacted Samsung and sent it in.

When I checked online for the status, I was told that the warranty was expired. But if the warranty is good for a year, it shouldn't be expired until August 17th 2025. I sent the purchase receipt in. It was received.

Then I was told that there was "medium damage" to the tablet. I was told that the screen was cracked. There was a scratch on the screen, but it wasn't cracked. Now they're saying that because there is "medium damage", it is no longer under warranty.

It sounds like a way to get more money from me. I already paid over $200 for this tablet for my mom to have use of it for less than a year. THEN Samsung wants MORE money from me to fix it. So basically I wasted $288 on this tablet.

Trust AND believe! I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product, not even a phone. Service is horrible. And it seems that they simply want to milk more money out of customers that barely have any to begin with. I'm done!

Complete garbage support and experience

Complete garbage! I ordered two items from the Samsung Shop using a 10% coupon voucher. I called prior and was told the coupon was valid until the 31st of May. My significant other canceled my order and the coupon said it went back into my account if I was to reorder.

I went back to reorder 36 hours later and the coupon voucher was expired. I talked to customer service twice. Once over the phone with absolutely no help and once over chat where I was told that the coupon would be honored and to wait for an email. 8 hours later and I get an email with subsequent follow-ups telling me that the code has expired and they would not honor what has been promised.

Samsung promised two separate times that the code would be valid/honored, only for Samsung to go back on their word. Needless to say, I will never shop with Samsung again and they have lost a loyal customer and over $1,500 in a sale.

samsung: arnaque avec vol en contournant la loi

Acheté un flip 5 le 26/07/23 au store samsung la defense (92), erreur d'achat retour le 27/07/23, le vendeur ne veut pas car deballé.
Samsung fait de mieux en mieux en vol et arnaque avec leur vendeur stagiaire et apprentie sortie de ??
Aucun dialogue pour discuter et trouver une solution. la li de retraction confimée avec le service client samsung me donne raison pour un remboursement meme si le pruit est déballé ou ouvert.Faites tres attention!!!!! mon expérience m'a servi a fuir cette marque pour toujours.
