Having just experienced your Gazco engineer Ray it was the most satisfying and helpful experience I have had in a long time of someone coming into my home to do a repair visit!

Great wood burning stove and service from Stovax
If you are serious about getting a wood burner/stove check out Stovax, in my opinion their range is outstanding. I’m so happy with my Riva2 40, designed and manufactured in Great Britain (Exeter).
After a year of outstanding performance, I did have one slight issue, which was dealt with promptly by the service and warranty team at Stovax, under guarantee. The engineer they sent was polite and knowledgeable, sorted the issue first time. He also took his time to answer any questions that I had.
Very satisfied and very warm.

It is always lovely to hear a customer recommend one of our fires or stoves. However it is not surprising that you are happy with our award winning Riva2 40 multifuel fire, as it really is a great product which makes a fantastic feature in any room.

Professionalism
Paul was polite and efficient.
He put down floor coverings to protect the surface. Explained what he was doing and showed me the problem. He was neat and tidy. Gave gave advice. He was the kind of person you were happy to have in your home doing a job.

Excellent log burner service
We have just had our second service done by Jon Thompson on our Stovax log burner. Jon is extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. He explained each step of the service and why he was doing it. Nothing is too much trouble for him. We would highly recommend him and give him5 stars.

Gazco Gas Service Review
I had my gas fire serviced today by Jon Thompson. He was very efficient and explained all aspects of dismantling the fire and the key safety points he was checking.
He arrived ahead of the scheduled time frame, he also gave advice on how to use the fire more efficiently to reduce fuel costs.

Great Service
The engineer arrived on time, prepared the work area to protect our carpet and furniture. He then carried out a full service of our fire, replaced several items and cleaned other parts which were dirty. He also advised us to purchase a C.M. fume detector. He was extremely polite, efficient and helpful.

Get the experts in to service your appliance.
Engineer phoned ahead and arrived oon time. Explained what he thought was wrong and was proved correct. Replaced faulty part quickly and tested the rest of the appliance. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Shane and Rebecca went above and…
Shane and Rebecca went above and beyond. Shane serviced some stove fires in my late parents house, and was happy to answer several questions in several separate emails that i sent after his visit, as given this was my parents and not my house, and I dont have a stove fire like this, I was in the dark. Rebecca was excellent at helping facilitate this. Thank you both.

Had a service visit from Tim Smith,quick efficient and thorough product knowledge.
Not the cheapest but certainly the best,fire looks and runs like new,will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Just had second service
Just had second service - lucky to get the same technician as last time - Jon Thompson - the fire had stopped working a couple of weeks ago - he serviced it and it is working perfectly. Gave excellent advice on using the fire and clearly knew his way around the product. Very friendly and helpful - the dogs liked him as well which is always a good sign!

A very diligent and helpful engineer
Reza was extremely courteous and polite. He telephoned to say what time he anticipated arriving.He was very careful to ensure that he was protecting my property and cleaned up after himself.He gave me sound advice and did not leave until he was happy I could use the remote control and understood the best way to be fuel efficient and enviromentally aware.A true credit to your company .
