Delivery was fine but within a couple of days of installation, near by he burners we frequently use, the product popped up and doesn’t go back down. This affects the advertised protection greatly. We... Ver más

Not the best option!
I’m really disappointed with the product. It didn’t match the photos at all. It was too small for my stove and didn’t cover much of it. For the price, I was hoping for something better and of higher quality.
I tried to return it, but they said I couldn’t. I had to cut it into four pieces, send photos showing how it was broken, and then they could process the refund. They also mentioned that they couldn’t refund the shipping costs and that they charge $15 for design reasons.
If you’re considering buying it, I suggest checking out other options.
The StoveGuard Pro for Cafe Ranges is a joke
The StoveGuard Pro is a joke. The fit looks like it was made by a middle school design class, or someone who had never seen the range that the product was designed for. Of the 3 sections, one is visibly shorter than the other two. The cutouts for the burners on all three sections for all 6 burners are slightly oblong, not circular, and the cutouts are not centered around the burners. The company's help desk states their design team did this purposefully due to burners being hotter on one side than the other. If this was the case, how should it be orientated on the range? No instructions for this were provided. Currently going through the refund process, which, thankfully, is working as advertised-so far. I sent the required 3 photos and was informed the design is correct. I asked for a refund and was emailed a shipping label. If everything goes according to plan we will be out the $15 "design fee" which I guess is a fairly cheap lesson for us. This company should not be in business. This is not a "Premium Product", it is a cheap piece of silicone material, cut to unknown specifications that does not properly fit.
I never received my StoveGuard Pro
I would love to review my StoveGuard Pro, but I can’t. The company never sent it to me.
I ordered the StoveGuard Pro to replace my old, regular StoveGuard, with which I was very happy. My old StoveGuard had begun to curl up on the edges and I wanted more protection for my stovetop.
I ordered a new StoveGuard Pro on 15 February 2026 and waited until 15 June (121 Days) to finally cancel my order for non-delivery.
All my inquiries were met with indifference and excuses stating that they could not give me a date when I would receive my order because of either, “a controlled production schedule” or that “orders are secured through controlled allocation and released in scheduled stages”.
When I canceled my order and requested a refund, it took StoveGuard another 28 days to post the refund to my credit card.
That is my story about 149 days of frustration and disappointment. Do with this what you will.
They took my deposit....then nothing!!
They took my deposit, twice on 4/28/2026 for a Stove Guard Pro! Said the product would be delivered in June. Still no product, they won't return phone calls and I'm unable to get my money returned!
Do not buy - went on fire during regular use - not safe
After several months of using this product, the basic stove protector, it caught on fire while boiling water in a pot I had used before. When I contacted customer service asking for a refund of the $175 I spent only 2 months earlier, they informed me I was past the 14day return policy! No mention in the description or packaging that the item could go on fire. Of course, they did mention in their respnse that "my satisfaction was most important to them," which makes no sense at all.
DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Received an email in April 2026 that the company had developed Stove Guard Pro a three piece stove top protection cover for my range. After several emails, I ordered the product knowing that it would not be delivered until the end of June 2026. I gave them a $20 deposit the with balance due when the product was received and prepared to ship.
Today is July 4th.
After several phone calls and emails to the company, I have received nothing about the product availability.
When I logon to their website my order shows as 'Payment Overdue' which I believe is their system having the item as being prepared to ship.
I have emailed the company to cancel the order and refund my money.
If I were a billionaire, I would bet a billion dollars to a hole in a doughnut that Stove Guard WILL NOT RESPOND NOR WILL THEY REFUND MY DEPOSIT.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!
@@@ SURPRISE!!! SURPRISE!!!
8:28AM THIS MORNING - JULY 6th - THE COMPANY CANCELED MY ORDER AND ISSUED A REFUND FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT.
I STILL HAVE ZERO TRUST IN THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS.
Burns every time we use the stove
We were very excited to use this product and have had nothing but disappointment. It burns everytime we use any of the burners on our stove and it is the exact correct size. I contacted the company after the third time this happened and they said sorry. No refund and we spent a lot of money. We have thrown it away and I do not recommend at all.
Premium Price, lucky to get what you ordered correctly. Save your $$$
Ok, this is a long story but it took place over a long period. on May
I ordered the StoveGuard Pro Stove Protector #481 on May 10, 2026.
They shipped it using UPS Groundsaver where UPS delivers to USPS then the post office handles the final delivery.
The estimated delivery date of May 14th came and went.
I have accounts for both UPS and USPS so I could see the package had arrived at the post office..where it sat for some time.
After starting a research claim with both, eventually it was determined that postage had not been included for USPS and they would not deliver the package.
I then contacted StoveGuard and they said they would research with USPS.
Then on May 26, 2026 they sent a replacement shipment.
That shipment arrived May 29, 2026. When I opened the box, the plastic bag inside had obviously been opened.
Inside where 2 side pieces, and a middle piece.
However both were right side pieces. Per the pictures on their own website the gap from the rear stove edge to the burner section should be narrow, and the front gap should be wide.
The 2 side pieces should have been mirrored, but were not. No left piece was delivered.
When I reached out to the company and provided an explanation and a clear picture show both pieces were identical...I received a set of instructions clearly intended to attempt to prove that I the customer had ordered the wrong product.
After thinking about it for a couple weeks and cooling down, I reached out to them again today.
I explained to them their response seemed to be more interested in blaming the consumer, than looking at the photo that clearly showed identical side pieces.
I included pictures of the product from their website, indicating the gaps with arrows, and a picture of what was rec'd again with arrows.
The product I received is not really usable.
Yet they replied with the exact same demands.
I must submit a photo of my appliance tag with the model number and serial number to prove I ordered the right product.
I am also being asked to install the product, and take various photos of the top of my stove showing the product.
No.
I have more than proven the product you display for sale and the product I received do not match.
ALL STOVES this model is supposed to fit have 4 equally spaced burners. Just like my model.
This is advertised as a PRO product, with a Premium price tag. But the customer service is far from premium, it is severely lacking.
It appears they just throw whatever spare parts they have in a box, take the money, refuse to make it right.
Slow delivery
I waited 6 weeks for my product before cancelling the order. I kept getting false promises of it being shipped but never happened . Ordered on April 30th. As of today June 15th it still hasn't shipped
Stoveguard, Buyer Beware
I waited for over a year for Stoveguard to have a guard that would fit my Wolf Range. I finally ordered what I was advised by a representative to be the correct item. When I received it, the box was very damaged. The product was not what they had been advertising. The fit around the burners were so large that, it didn't offer the protection they advertised. It was not a custom fit. The cost was outrageous, however I was willing to pay it, since their advertising indicated it was a very high quality product with custom fit for my Wolf range. That was not my experience. I contacted them and requested a return. Once they indicated they had received the returned item, it has taken me two months to get a credit and that was with me reaching out to them several times. The product was over $300.00, I paid shipping when they sent it and they deducted shipping for my return. Buyer beware. There are much better products out there and for les that one third of the cost. Please do your research.
This company and product is a total fraud
This company and product is a total fraud. After a long wait on back order, I got the product. With first use of there pro product, the guard caught fire and melted with a small sauce pan on low. I contacted them and they said it was a bad batch and would send me a replacement stove guard pro. When I got the replacement the same thing happened. I contacted them and they said I ordered the product more than 14 days ago and they would not do anything about the problem. There one year warranty is a lie and a fraud. This product is dangerous and will start a fire in your kitchen.
Very poor service when it comes to refunds.
Very poor service when it comes to getting a refund. Have been trying to get refund for almost a month. Have sent many emails and a phone call to get a refund. Finally have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. No refund as of yet.
Fire in the kitchen!
We recently bought the Stove Guard Pro. It was an amazing fit and looked great! The very first time that we used it, though, it caught in fire! It raised up when hot and eventually caught fire from the burner flame. Into the trash it went! So, we ordered the new flat liner. It lasted until the 2nd time we used it when it caught fire, too. Stove Guard was good about refunding our money, but we will never do business with them again. I will not allow such a dangerous product in my home. Other folks have reported this, too - do they not do any product testing?
DANGEROUS PRODUCT + POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE = 1 STAR
I purchased the StoveGuard mat on May 18, 2026, and used it for only a few weeks. After just a few uses, the mat caught fire and melted—creating a serious fire hazard in my kitchen.
I immediately contacted the company with photographs of the damage and expected they would take a product safety issue seriously. Instead, I received a response hiding behind their 14-day return policy, despite acknowledging in their own message that the product's behavior was concerning and unsafe.
When I pushed back on the safety issue and requested a refund, their final response was dismissive and inflexible—offering only a replacement of the same faulty product.
What this tells me: StoveGuard is unwilling to stand behind the safety of their products or take responsibility when something goes dangerously wrong. Their customer service prioritizes policy over customer safety.
I would not recommend this product to anyone. A mat that catches fire is not a minor defect—it's a hazard. The company's refusal to refund a dangerous, defective item is unacceptable.
Guard repeatedly caught on fire/ no recourse
The first order I placed with this company ended up catching on fire and melting onto my brand new Wolff stove top. I sent in a video and asked for my money back, which was denied. They would only process a replacement under the warranty plan., And they absolutely promised " we can assure you that the replacement guards will not have the same issues. It is highly likely that the guard you received was defective, as that is the only logical explanation in this case."
The second round of guards caught on fire and exactly the same place. front right burner. I sent Video and an email explaining that there must be a fit issue because it happened exactly as before. They denied me both a replacement as well as any option to refund, citing that their return policy is only valid in the first 14 days. Im not sure when my replacement set arrived, but I emailed about the second fire exactly 1 month after the replacement set was ordered. So take into account processing time and shipping, we might be days past the 14 mark, but unlikely to be even a week.
Ultimately this company does not stand by the quality of its products and is denying a refund/refit based on a "return" policy vs a product failure- one which can have safety issues if someone less competent to deal with fires is using it. Design flaws happen with custom products- that is not the issue. The issue is their unwillingness to rectify the issue when it repeated itself, and their refusal to own the failure and refund my money. I dont expect perfection, but I do think they need to have the integrity to take responsibility for design failures like this.
I have a 36" Wolf without a griddle. If you have this model, find a different brand. And if you buy the guards test every burner thoroughly with cast iron skillets within the 14 days in case its a poor fit.
StoveGuard range top protectors
I purchased the StoveGuard range top protectors for my Wolf DF48650GSP range. They were initially ok for the first week then they started getting burned by hot food dropping on them and after a month I had to throw them out. Very disappointing because they are expensive. I won’t be replacing them!
This product is flimsy
This product is flimsy. I sent the right model # for my stove and the holes weren't big enough around the burners. The first use one of them burnt. I used the stove to cook a dinner and now all 5 are burnt. Just not a good product. It cost 112.00. It was a waste of money. So disappointed 😞
My stove guard arrived and the holes…
My stove guard arrived and the holes were so big that the product is useless. I paid $179 for this and it looks like it cost pennies to make. Do not buy this product! Overpriced junk. These guys are nothing but scammers.
This company is the worst i have ever…
This company is the worst i have ever encountered. The product is $299 and you would expect so much more high quality customer service for such an expensive item. I ordered my and it was mot a good fit. The holes were way too big and it was more flimsy than I expected. I contacted them immediately I received the product about starting a return. According to someone who sent me an email, there policy is to return the item within 7 days after the return has been initiated, I shipped my a couple of days after and it was delivered a few days after. I have been contacting them through emails and calls about my refund and no one has issued out my refund. Someone actually dropped the phone on me when I called another time. Imagine, almost $300! and I still have not gotten my refund. It has been over a week and they keep saying it would be processed in a few days everytime you call. Just absolutely horrible, unprofessional and dishonest company.
Say Goodbye to your Money - Sham product, Sham Return Policy
I’ve had a similar experience to others with this company and the stoveguard pro. I was immediately charged $300 despite the fact that the product did not ship for 2 months. When it did arrive, it did not fit our oven. I immediately contact the for a label, per their return policy, but they stalled providing it to me asking for information that is not required by the policy. When I quoted the policy back to them, they finally provided a return label, which I used to send the guard back to them. That was 5 weeks ago, and I still have not received my refund. I’ve emailed the twice to no response, and have threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau. Do not buy from this company. Their expensive product is a sham, and you’ll never see your money again.
