Beautiful looking stove but extremely heavy will require 2 people to bring it in the house. Haven’t lit it yet as ordered during heatwave so looking forward to winter!

Genuinely great experience
Genuinely great experience.
Great burner at an equally great price which is a great start. Delivery was easy and on the day promised with an eta beforehand, but I was prepared for the 7.5t truck and pallet delivery after checking with Stove World.
All now fitted and looking forward to using it when it cools off and all at small proportion of the cost of other options from different suppliers.

The Stove was delivered on time and…
The Stove was delivered on time and very well packaged. I bought it because my HETAS installer recommended the company and approved the brand. It was on a limited time offer so I had it sent a couple of months before installation, so I cannot comment on its effectiveness at this stage.
My Stove has now been installed by a HETAS Engineer on 28 September 2026. Following instructions I have had several small fires with kindling wood and a longer one with larger logs. Only 2 slide controls to operate so that makes life easy and already the stove produces a lot of heat. The large window is very attractive and gives great view of whatever is burning. I have yet to use smokeless coal, but I am sure it will be as effective.
Overall this is a great stove and I am sure it will be even more appreciated, when winter comes and temperatures drop.

Timely delivery and good communication however the mantle is not the colour we were hoping for and for me not authenticate enough. Feels tinny to touch.

I was sent the wrong colour beam on 2…
I was sent the wrong colour beam on 2 occasions & then another beam was sent to me that I didn’t order.
I needed to wait in for deliveries PJs and collection.
However customer services were easy to communicate with and were quite helpful.
