Very good service , immediate dispatch and fast delivery , only downside Parcelforce delivered to wrong address but luckily they knew us and brought our parcel up to us otherwise I would not have received it .

Ordering was simple, communications brilliant and delivery as promised. Steve has now fitted my stove and I’m delighted with the quality, instructions and efficiency of it.

Definitely worth to use!
I purchased Ecosy Panoramic 5kw multifuel stove, installed around 2 months ago. Great product, all works as expected, great customer service- had an issue with additional handle, received another one in 3 days! Delivery, slightly more than expected, but NE Scotland usually is charged extra, but all received at delivery date picked. Highly recommend !
