Good prices, easy to order.

Ease of shopping for my various watches. Price, my second order definitely include quality, and I would say great customer service but have never had an issue. From my purchases so far I highly recommend StrapsCo, they put the style back in your watches. It's like buying new watches without the cost, and having friends ask when did you buy all of these new watches. That's the fun part.

I ordered a link band for my Apple Watch and when I tried to remove some of the links (with the tool I ordered) some of them would not come out. When I returned the band and the tool, they would not refund me because the band “showed signs of use.” They offered me store credit, but I don’t need another defective band from them. I would steer clear of this website.
I couldn’t wear the band with all the extra links, and the extra links would not come out, even using the tool I bought from this site. So this constituted “signs of use” in their book. It was a defective band, period.

And now, months later, they finally contacted me and gave me a refund. I hope customer service improves.

Straps always has the best quality watch straps anywhere

My go-to for all my straps. I have big wrists and strapsco is the only place that has a good selection of extra long straps that fit.

This was honestly a FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING experience.

Strapsco loudly advertises a “NO HASSLE 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE – FULL REFUND FOR ANY REASON.” That promise is the only reason I felt comfortable ordering. Turns out, it’s basically MARKETING WORDS WITH CONDITIONS THEY DON’T CLEARLY DISCLOSE.

I returned THREE WATCH STRAPS WELL WITHIN 30 DAYS because they DID NOT FIT MY WRIST. One of them even had POOR STITCHING THAT IRRITATED AND SCRATCHED MY SKIN. Apparently, actually trying on a watch strap (THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW IF IT FITS) is considered “used” and suddenly disqualifies you from a refund.

Instead of honoring their own guarantee, they refused to refund my money and tried to push STORE CREDIT. I DON’T WANT STORE CREDIT. I DON’T WANT ANOTHER PRODUCT. NONE OF THEIR STRAPS FIT ME — THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT OF THE RETURN.

This feels MISLEADING AND SHADY, and absolutely not what “NO HASSLE” OR “100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED” means to a normal customer. If you expect their refund policy to be honored the way it’s advertised, THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING.

I originally placed an order for three straps. Two were for my wife's Apple Watch and one was a Dassari FKM rubber for myself. I was so impressed with them that I ordered another six for myself. All were Dassari as I felt the small difference in price was worth. Most were FKM rubber and a couple are sailcloth. I'm enjoying them all and will mostly be back shortly to order more. Also customer service was excellent. I had a few questions and they were very responsive.

Prompt reply. Did everything to resolve delivery concern that was beyond their control. I was extremely satisfied with the attention and result.
