Very organized, clean and tidy, resolve any concerns immediately, kept us informed along the way, has improved the curb appeal of our home, and hopefully during the colder months will deliver cost savings for heating etc. (we are in the middle of a heat wave as I write this). No, honestly the teams (their were at least 3 who worked on the house) were just great. Thank you Strata for a great job.

An excellent job of my complete cabin……from start to finish absolutely nothing was too much trouble……each time they left everything was so clean and materials left out of the way….they were all happy friendly professional and have done the most beautiful job,I couldn’t be more thrilled and would recommend them to family and friends……thanku so much

We had EWI installed by Strata three years ago. They were efficient, reliable and always kept in touch while the project was on.
Then recently we had new double glazing fitted, and Strata sent someone round to our house to liase with the fitters to make sure they did not damage the EWI. So their after sales service is as good as the service we received when they were fitting the EWI 3 years ago.

Oh, and our gas Kwh consumption dropped over 30% year on year after the EWI was fitted, and our house felt much warmer.

Strata were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They picked up the job after our initial builder bailed – completely overwhelmed with the work to do.

What impressed me most was that they handled everything in a calm, matter-of-fact way with zero drama or finger-pointing. Any issues were explained clearly and professionally, with sensible options laid out so we could make informed decisions.

Communication was excellent throughout, including clear and transparent breakdowns of costs, so there were no surprises. The whole team were friendly, approachable, and forthcoming, which made the process genuinely stress-free.

The quality of the insulation work is top-notch, and the improvement in comfort and efficiency was noticeable straight away.

It’s rare to find a company that combines great workmanship with genuinely friendly service, but Strata absolutely do.

The whole process was seamless from quotation all the way to commissioning and getting the system going. I was given choices throughout the process and had the solar and batteries fitted with minimal disruption.

We are very pleased with the high standard of the work. Everyone involved was polite and friendly, and took obvious pride in what they were doing. The house is much warmer, and looks very smart too.

We chose Strata after strong recommendations from neighbours, and from the first call (February 2025) to completion (October 2025) the experience was excellent. Our project took place at our property in Oxford, UK. Ian was our main contact and he set the tone: friendly, easy to talk to, and consistently available by phone or email. He listened to our goals, visited the property, and produced a clear quotation that reflected our scope—no upselling, no hidden extras, and pricing that felt fair for the work.

There was never any pressure to sign. Strata were understanding and flexible about timing because the external wall insulation (EWI) was part of a larger home improvement plan. Once we agreed to proceed, everything was well coordinated and kept to the agreed timescale.

On site, the manager was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the plan and answer questions. Our property was carefully protected. The installation team were polite, communicative, and tidy; the finishing team were equally professional and organised. A few small requirements that could have been missed were highlighted proactively and handled within the agreed price.

The outcome has been transformative—our home looks refreshed and, most importantly, is noticeably more comfortable to live in. From our perspective there’s nothing we’d ask them to improve. We would happily use Strata again and have already recommended them to others.Highly recommended.

From my initial meeting with Ian to cover off my requirements to the day the guys finished and clocked off site was a fantastic experience. Trust is a strong word these days however I felt absolute trust and faith in the solution I had been sold, the cost I was being charged and the absolute quality of the workmanship and care carried out! I love my new looking and warm feeling house and this is done to the sheer perfectionism of the guys! Mikey, Mark, Jack and Maris were/are exceptional at what they do.
There were no hidden costs or surprises apart from the vast quantity of Yorkshire tea bags hahahahaha.

I asked for a recommendation from Aran Insulation, the company that had done the internal insulation and other work on my property in early 2024 as part of the HUG2 Grant. I am so glad I took their advice and recommendation and I had Strata Insulated Renders Ltd., to do the work here in June 2025. The initial visit in March 2025, to quote for the work, was very professional and very friendly and "OPEN and HONEST" which is a rarity ! All communications etc., were very clear and exceptional in every step of the way, from the very start, to the attention to detail and the outstanding finish of the work done by the brilliant team used. I am still in awe of the external transformation that has been made to my 1870s cottage.
If most of the trades companies I have used over the last few years were all like Strata Insulated Renders Ltd., There would be a lot less stress when having work done to your home !

Strata rendered our extension a couple of years ago and recently rendered the rest of the house to match. They have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish, on both occasions. From the planning stages, making sure we were happy with every detail; to fitting in with our timescale, and completing to the highest standard. Every person who represented strata on site were professional, friendly, hard working and had high standards. We would 100% recommend strata to anyone for their rendering. We decided to use Strata to add insulation above the carport after we saw their work on a house in our street. We were not disappointed. Communication with Simon and Ian was great. Ian in particular, who was overseeing the work, made sure it was completed to a high standard and that we were happy with the result. Quick to reply to messages and took the time to also visit in person when required. The job was completed in a timely manner too. Our living room feels warmer already which is great!

My choice of STRATA to apply external wall insulation to my fairly large and somewhat irregular house, could not have been better. The project was meticulously planned and delivered by an experienced and skilled team of operatives, who over time we got to know well and liked; finding them to be considerate and friendly. I was kept informed throughout each stage of the job and finally provided with a written guarantee and a specification pack detailing what had taken place. The finished work was to a very high standard and subject to a final inspection by the Commercial Manager and the owner of the company before it was signed off. Great company to deal with. Insulated the outside of our house coordinating the other tasks such as scaffolding, drain pipes and gutters, roof extension and soffits, window sills, rendering etc. Good coordination, adhere to promise timetable and price despite pressure of other projects. Overall a pleasure to deal with.

Great service. Good communication, which is rare in construction. Always let me know when they were coming. The team did a great job, levelling out a rough wall and installing EWI to the house, leaving it looking brand new. I would highly recommend Strata.
