I first contacted a gentleman called Simon at Strata to advise us on the best action to take regarding insulating and rendering our large property with adjoining conservatory. Simon was very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. I can not fault ANY of their work and their cleanliness. The workman were very helpful, Professional, Polite & Clean. If you are looking for this type of work to be carried out on your property I can not recommend them highly enough. 10/10 Thank you Strata our house looks amazing !!

Great service beginning to end - quoted only for what we needed (no overselling), collaborative process, work done to a high standard and when there were one or two loose ends to sort at the end these were done promptly and without fuss.

We have used strata on numerous projects now & every time the finished product looks amazing. From start to finish you won’t get a better company to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

These guys were contracted by our housing association to carry out some insulation to the inside ceiling of our outbuilding and cubby hole. Never bothered to tell us they were coming just turned up on the fly and left an absolute mess in the outbuilding they were insulating. Screwfix sell hoovers for a reason, although given that another reviewer has said you clean up after yourselves I’d be betting on there being another reason behind why you left such a mess. Also left white render mess all over the lawn, bins and step in the cubby hole - the stuff on the lawn won’t come off, tried washing it down with the hose to no avail. Maybe they just didn’t like us because we were pissed off they turned up with no warning and had to empty the entire outbuilding there and then. Even the bloke that came to do the initial viewing of the property turned up with no warning. He rang my mum when he was on the doorstep and she didn’t answer quick enough for him, so obviously had her number anyway. If my mum wasn’t in we would have had an important upgrade to the house delayed simply because they don’t know how to contact customers. Would not recommend. Highly unprofessional. Also seemed to purposefully park in front of my garage (which is separate from my house) even though there’s a no parking sign and plenty of space for them to park their van out of the way. Also littered around the property, and one of the blokes kept clearing his throat and spitting in our garden. Lovely. Spoke with someone called Simon who I believe is the same bloke that did the initial inspection, and he offered to send someone to come and have a look at the mess they’d left and put it right even though I’d already tided it up, and the stuff on the lawn wouldn’t come off at all, so a bit pointless even suggesting sending someone out really ain’t it. Would not recommend.

How was the lack of communication beyond your control? You had my mums number as evidenced when you rang her when you turned up unannounced, so why not ring in advance? The place was left in a mess, I have pictures to prove this which I sent to yourself. The littering and spitting did take place why would I lie! As did the purposeful parking in front of the garage! Yeah you offered to send someone to rectify what exactly? I informed you that I had tidied up the outbuilding as it needed to be in use straight away, I couldn’t wait for you to come and fix it! And what could you do about the lawn? Nothing! Yeah you won’t recognise me as a customer as I use a fake name to protect my identity. Feel free to pretend it never happened if it helps you sleep at night 👍 No inaccuracies in my account whatsoever. Trying to downplay my grievance with your company by saying I’m simply disgruntled about having to empty the small shed space, are you taking the p*ss? You haven’t even seen the inside or how much stuff was in there, which was a lot! Feel free to try and downplay your own failings and your employees behaviour all you like but it won’t make it any less true! How you can say your employees didn’t act inappropriately when you wasn’t even there, doesn’t make any sense does it. Not like they’re going to admit to it are they. If I say that grass is blue and the sky is green that doesn’t make it true does it. And just because you say your employees wouldn’t do something as it’s company policy, doesn’t mean they didn’t. People break rules all the time Simon, welcome to the real world. You know full well the mess they left as I sent you pictures. Shame trustpilot doesn’t allow me to upload pictures or I’d share them too.

Why would we contact our landlord about a mess that your company left? In our experience our landlord has always contacted us to let us know when work is going to be carried out, and if they haven’t then the people carrying out the work have contacted us, if not both, so that would suggest a failing on your behalf. You can’t pass the blame for your employees behaviour or the mess that was left regardless. You’re just trying to downplay my claims when you’ve seen the pictures yourself so shame on you. You also informed me you would speak with the people involved so as far as I’m concerned the matter has come to a close. However I do not appreciate you accusing me of lying about our experience simply because you want to protect your reputation, doing so is nothing short of ludicrous and insulting, especially when you’ve seen the photos yourself. I would not lie simply because we were unhappy with the lack of communication. We want no further contact with you or your company. Learn from it and move on.

Excellent throughout. Brilliant job. We were kept informed by Ian and Michael the whole time. The team worked quickly and efficiently with no problems. Our house looks amazing. Cannot praise then enough. Would certainly recommend them.

The house looks SO good and you can really notice the difference with both warmth and sound. All their attention to detail really made a difference, including tidying up after themselves which seems to be a rarity with builders these days! We would 110% recommend. Strata did a top notch job, they used every opportunity in the weather to deliver the work as fast as possible. The site team were really polite and hard working. The house looks great and I can already feel the difference, the level of outside noise has dropped sifgnificantly and when I stepped out of the house I realised how cold was outside compared to in. The best thing though is they didn't push as sale, they recommended I get a independent check of the house to make sure the render would work and communicate promptly through the whole process.

Our bungalow has just received a complete re-render makeover from the Strata Team which we are absolutely delighted with. From the very start to the finish we cannot fault the professionalism and help shown by everyone involved from their management team to all of the operatives.

The project was undertaken during very difficult weather conditions, but they still dedicated themselves to completing it whilst maintaining their very high standards.

The end result is exactly what we were hoping to achieve and we would not hesitate to recommend the Strata Team to anyone looking for an outstanding outcome to their own project.

WOW WOW WOW, Honestly these guys are quite simply sensational. From the very first moment we made contact with them, Simon and Ian have been phenomenal! The communication and care has been first class.
We have had to make some extreme renovations to our house to accommodate the ever changing needs of our terminally ill daughter, they understood this right from the off.
They came to our rescue, understood our budget was VERY tight and took all of the stress away from us. They helped us source scaffolding, they recommended a beautiful colour after listening to what we wanted (Lavender), and the materials supplied by PPG Johnstones were of the VERY highest quality! The whole team were exceptionally punctual, polite and most importantly reliable.
The job was completed in an extremely timely manner, with the small finishing touch ups (we couldnt even spot that they were required) carried out with zero fuss or intrusion. Words will never truly convey just how happy we are with the work they have done and how eternally grateful we are for their help. Honestly would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Strata did our EWI last year and we have been so pleased with it. The house is so much warmer and looks great. Recently, I managed to accidentally put a hole through the render, I called Strata and they were great. They came out within a few days and repaired the hole. The repair is seamless and you wouldn't know the render had ever been damaged. Excellent aftercare.

We have been looking to get our EWI done for a couple of years. It has been a real struggle to find an installer. Strata was fantastic. Great, clear communication, good price and we are now far warmer. Also house looks much better and is far quieter from the busy road. Still early days but so far very happy with the result.

Strata did the external wall insulation for our 3-bedroom semidetached house. The team is very professional and did great job quickly. The team workers were friendly and work very efficiently with good management and supervision. They did an excellent clean-up after finishing the work. The managers were friendly and always communicated with you from time to time to sort out any issues promptly. Even months later after they finished the job, they were still very helpful to sort out a problem raised. The whole insulation work they did is excellent and we are very happy with quality of the work. The Strata is highly recommended.
