Naja... Qualität sieht anders aus für den Preis! Ne teure Klimmzugstange sollte schon die entsprechende Qualität haben...
Meine war urst verzogen... und die Maße sind auch nicht korrekt.... 3-5cm abweichende Maßangaben in der Onlinebeschreibung hingegen zum original.... tief sollte sie 60 sein... und es waren dann nur 56cm.
Und auf Emails wird auch nicht reagiert.... leider kein telefonischer Support....
Aber davon ab ist die Klimmzugstange für über 150€ ganz solide!

Goed product snelle levering. Keilbouten slecht.
Goed product snelle levering. Persoonlijke draai door handgeschreven kaartje toe te voegen.
De bijgeleverde keilbouten waren zeer slecht van kwaliteit. Deze heb ik geprobeerd maar daarna weggegooid. De Pull-Up bar zat totaal niet vast. Koste me een hoop extra tijd en ongeveer €25 aan nieuwe degelijke keilbouten. Deze zaten in één keer muurvast.
Ik zou zeggen, lever geen bouten mee, of alleen degelijke.

Great customer service & product quality
Great customer service. Hand-written note of gratitude included in my order. I purchased a weighted vest. Product is slightly more expensive than others in the market but much much higher quality. Each individual weight is heavier and more compact leading to a smaller vest and the threading and stitching is far superior to anything I have seen. I expect this product will last much much longer. Thank you to everyone at the team :)

I specifically checked before buying…
I specifically checked before buying the products I wanted where they were manufactured and was told in Europe. However, when the good arrived, the packaging note said they were not not made anywhere near Europe. When someone eventually replied to me, they said that it was for ease of packing in the warehouse that they set a default country of origin on the packing sheet that this was not necessarily where the goods had actually originated. Since I had bothered to specifically check where they were made before purchasing, I was obviously initially disappointed by this but subsequently the customer service were able to prove that the goods were actually from Poland as they had originally informed me.
All a bit odd to be honest but the goods themselves seem to be of good quality, the bands are thick and glossy and the ankle weights are comfortable to use and as portrayed on the photos on the website. Shame about the confusion on origin but hopefully solved honestly and openly.

awful post sale assistance
awful post sale assistance, terrible communication and obviously no phone number. I place order 25883 with bar and dip.
First of all they never notified me about extra fee to pay for the shipment, I found out by chance after few days because my order was still stuck.
Then with some delay they shipped ONLY the dip and were telling me Bar will be available after some days.
I've been waiting over a MONTH and still nothing. My bar is clearly lost somewhere and they are not replying to my emails.
Hope paypal will be able to help me. Trust me, don't order from this website.

One of the two products you ordered was sold out. We therefore immediately send the product that is in stock to you. I see on the track and trace that you have received it. The other product that was out of stock had a very long delivery time. We have informed you about this several times. We have also given you the option to cancel the order. Despite the long delivery time, you chose to wait until the product was available again. In the meantime, this product has also been sent to you. On the track and trace I see that it is located in the sorting center of the parcel carrier and will therefore be delivered soon.
You have chosen to open a case with Paypal. In such a case, Paypal prescribes that all communication takes place via the PayPal platform. That is why communication is no longer via email.

Online een bestelling gedaan, netjes betaalt maar daarna nooit meer wat gehoord. Laat staan de bestelling uberhaupt in goede conditie ontvangen. Geen reactie gekregen op mail waarin ik om opheldering heb gevraagd.

Zoals we u ook via de mail hebben uitgelegd is uw bestelling reeds verzonden. Maar doordat het momenteel ontzettend druk is bij PostNL, kunnen er vertragingen ontstaan. Dit kunt u ook teruglezen op de track en trace pagina van PostNL, waarop onderstaande melding zichtbaar is:
Vanwege Sinterklaas is het erg druk. We doen ons best om alles op tijd te bezorgen. Sommige pakjes zijn helaas wat langer onderweg, sorry!
Helaas hebben we op onze e-mails geen reactie meer van u mogen ontvangen. Het is jammer dat u in plaats daarvan op verschillende platformen reviews aan het achter laten bent. We willen dit graag oplossen, maar dit kan niet als u niet reageert op onze e-mail.

Optrekstang
Een optrekstang besteld, op de website vandaag besteld morgen in huis. Drie werkdagen later niks in huis. Stuur ik een mail. Krijg ik terug dat het niet op voorraad is en dat in het bestelproces mij dat vermeld zou zijn. Was niet zo.
Zou een paar dagen later weer op voorraad zijn. Nu ben ik twee weken verder, paar mails gestuurd wanneer ik het mag verwachten, wordt niet op gereageerd.

De levertijd van de optrekstang bedroeg inderdaad langer dan we op de website vermeld hadden staan. Dit komt doordat het product uitverkocht was en de levering van onze leverancier iets vertraagd was. Onze excuses hiervoor.
Ik zie in ons systeem dat we meerdere malen met elkaar hebben gemaild. Ik zie dat wij snel op je mails hebben gereageerd, soms nog op dezelfde dag. Je laatste mail dateert van 18 juli. Als het goed is heb je hier vandaag een email over ontvangen met daarin de verzendbevestiging. Dit betekent dat je bestelling is verzonden en morgen zal worden bezorgd.

We hadden je e-mail niet beantwoord, omdat je ook via Instagram een bericht naar ons had gestuurd, welke we hadden beantwoord. We dachten daarom dat het niet nodig was om dit nogmaals ook via de mail te doen.
Ik begrijp heel goed dat het erg vervelend is om op je bestelling te moeten wachten. Het product wat je had besteld was uitverkocht. Zoals we ook naar je hebben gecommuniceerd hadden we dit product eerder terug op voorraad verwacht, maar de levering duurder helaas een paar dagen langer.
Op de tracking pagina zie ik dat je de complete bestelling reeds hebt ontvangen. Om het wachten enigszins goed te maken hadden we een aantal extraatje toegevoegd aan je bestelling.

Gute Qualität
Die Gewichtsweste und die Paralletes haben sehr gute Qualität und alles war schnell da. Zu dem Liquid Chalk kann ich noch nichts sagen, da ich es noch nicht benutzt habe.
Eine Information, dass die Sachen in zwei Paketen geliefert werden, wäre jedoch gut gewesen, da diese an verschiedenen Tagen ankamen und ich erst dachte die Weste würde gar nicht geliefert werden. Dass die Sachen in zwei Paketen kamen war kein Problem aber eine Info darüber wäre wie gesagt gut gewesen.

I can imagine it's confusing if you receive the order in two packages. The products were too heavy to send in one package, which is why this happened in two packages. Normally you should receive two shipping confirmations, which also contain two tracking links. It is possible that one of the mails ended up in the spam folder of your mailbox.
