The edge banding tape was broken …
The edge banding tape was broken in lots of places so instead of a reel of tape it was short lengths. The 2 Items purchased also came separately on different days which is odd as they could have been sent at same time.

Bough two of "750mm 2-piece traffic…
Bough two of "750mm 2-piece traffic cone" thinking it is 2* two cones = four cones in total. Received only two cones. Contacted Customer service - they said "2 piece refers to the style of the cone". This is misleading - it should be "2-part" then. Asked to return - they said I would need to pay for the return myself. Not happy!

Excellent customer service
My telephone query was dealt with professionally despite being a very small order. I received a quote within the hour and when I phoned back with some questions, they were dealt with promptly. I received confirmation of the order and an invoice almost immediately. As I needed the product very quickly, the company also chased up a delivery date to confirm it would be delivered as promised. All round a very good company to deal with and fully recommend them
